Namjoon listens to Hayley Kiyoko! ♥

I was just about to post this here, like this is crazy to me, not only is this an openly queer artist, specifically known for being lesbian but the literal song name refrences gay relationships, and he posted it on his main account too.

If you look at this with the context of all the stuff he‘s been saying, posting etc., he‘s tryna say something…

He's handsome but I just can't get into his acting gorl lol

tbh I think his acting isn't the issue but instead the roles he is given. The characters he often plays have the emotions of a stone and aren't well writen. But he also has acted in a drama where he was silly and funny, I really liked him in that and it showed his versatile skills more in my opinion.

To stay on topic, he's stunning and this whole photoshoot is gorgeous

I mean, why would people even care to know about an idol's ideal type if there weren't some delusional feelings involved ? (personally I don't give a damn about my biases' ideal types).

I think you’re underestimating how nosy your average people are lol

Topics like romance and sex attract attention. I know for myself if any news of idols dating comes out I am interested to know more, even if I don’t know or care about the idol. I don’t think this is world breaking news either. Like it’s well known that people are interested in these things which is why either topic can be found so much in all kinds of media.

I don’t think you’re necessary wrong but your opinion feels too absolute to me, theres more than one side to it.

I'm also curious about eunwoo, is that really what he was implying? Because everyone else seemed too chill about what he said. Maybe they are all very supportive lol

His entire idol persona is based on being an ideal boyfriend, this image is so deeply anchored and reinforced by the roles he plays in dramas. In most of his acting gigs, I feel like he portrayed being in an ideal straight relationship. So I think even if he ever hypothetically came out and stated he would be gay or bi etc. (not that I am expecting that to happen, ever) no one would take him too seriously. Because him being not straight, would go against everything people know him for or expect him to be. So I think the hosts aren't really taking the specific part where he said women or men seriously or aren't focusing on that part due to what I explained above, but that's solely my opinion.

I don't think it's about BTS being disliked in the thread because the reactions are mostly positive when the posts are about Jimin and Suga and they used to be positive about V too. It's more about what you pointed out in your second paragraph. Like I genuinely never saw anyone thinking Jungkook is anything but straight unless they're a hidden Jikooker or Vkooker. You can't blame people for being annoyed at the Jungkook posts when the "evidence" is random stuff like color lighting or interactions with his bandmates that are overanalyzed by delusional shippers. Meanwhile the guy is out here being the only BTS member who had a serious dating rumor with a woman before the V/Jennie leaks and the only one who chose to explicitly have a female love interest in his solo debut MV.

Yeah I personally don't think either that Jungkook is anything but straight, at best some kind of bi-curious. I also very much agree that it is in fact annoying when shippers bring up their ''proof'' as a real thing. I rather meant that a few times in the past when I tried to start serious conversations, for example, the whole Namjoon boyfriend thing, then some people were visibly upset at that and even complained on the threat about it. I do understand that most conversations about BTS have been rehashed at this point, though I am also interested in what other people might think or what receipts (what I didn't know of yet) they have.

    the clowns

people really dislike bts members here

just answer to the post you coward

why did you all post a clown ?

as if idols are not online , of course they can do their research about this topic

    I partly agree with you.

For one, color schemes having meaning in this thread have always been a sensitive and controversial topic, no sensible discussion ever comes about when someone starts bringing up bi flag colors, rainbows etc. having a special meaning.

my guess why it is quite unpopular to bring up Jungkook specifically on this thread is because he is at the center of two massive ships and some people try to use the ships to ''prove'' that he is queer. Which feels, ingenuine. Most people box all Jungkook's actions that could be seen queer, as being Gen Z.

I think if you combine the topic of Jungkook with the vagueness of flags and perhaps the Bi-visibilty week (which I also think is a rather western-centric thing, though I could be wrong) then you get quite a negative reaction.

I do agree with you on the part that bts gets unnecessarily disliked on here, there's times I have noticed people seem annoyed when they get brought up.

I know we had talked about how angsty and serious Namjoon has been and how he keeps bringing up that relationships don't work out, just generally his whole vibe has been heartbroken and kinda sombre for a bit. While I know the person who replied to the tweet is mostly joking it does come off a bit weird that Namjoon deleted that many photos of him with others, if you look at it with the context of how he has been acting for the previous months.

Who is clowning you? Yes it is, anyone who binds should know this. You shouldn't bind for more than 8 hours (which in this context Karina probably wouldn't be, but some idol schedules do definitely last that long) and heavier excercise and/or more intensive physical labor shouldn't be done in very compressed chest binders.

Its also very easy to bind in a way that can be very detrimental to you. Anyone thinking about binding please remember to always bind with your nipples angled upwards, not downwards! I think people who are not trans/baby trans or who do not bind daily are much less likely to know this and accidentally damage their collarbones.

an add on: Also very important, even though it is depicted in media quite often, do not bind with bandages! proper binders have gotten a lot more accessible, it should be easy to get them, especially from the internet. That being said, they should also fit you right, as in they shouldn't be too tight, and you should be easily be able to breathe in them.

Yea but some ppl clowning me for saying he looks like he didnt shave his jaw lol. And he literally looks human to me. What even is “uncanny” for this forum? It seems yall learned the word uncanny and just attached it to almost everybody. Th.

Tell me when an idol looks like this and i’d definitely agree with u.

you know I used to think this picture was the funniest thing (it still is hard not to snort) but someone had posted this picture here ages ago and actually brought up how the woman probably is suffering from really bad body dysmorphia and that made me pretty sad ngl

yeah i posted it there first but i didn't expect anyone to respond there since this thread has like double the replies yet it's kinda quiet here now. plus the last thing that was posted there was a lot longer ago than here but i stand corrected. tbh, i wasn't thinking about somi, but more hyuna. the video of her with her female back up dancers during i'm not cool (i think, im not too sure anymore on the era) sticks out in my mind. idk anything about somi tho

that's pretty much the reason I answered on this thread, at least on here there is more of a chance for an actual conversation to start lol. I have to say I know even less about Hyuna than Somi so I really have no idea but I'm curious now what receipts she has, can you link the video you were talking about?

wondering if anyone has anything to say about this.. may be an interesting convo .. i am not surprised if hyuna is bi

I saw this on the lesbian thread as well, I don't think there is much meaning to it. I saw another video of Somi flirting with a girl via text and she seems to be playfully showing her charisma and playing into fan service (though she also seems to be enjoying it, so there's that too). She never came off as queer to me but I might not know enough about her, there obviously is the possibility.

She simply doesn't ping me personally.

No one is saying idols aren't LGBT. But headcannoning idols as such based on silly things like watching a film etc is dumb. That's the problem with threads like this.

Jisoo is just in a long line of examples of people deciding she isn't straight because they think she's hot. It is of course the same with morons who won't entertain the idea of idols being gay or bi, even ones like Key who have made it pretty clear they are not straight.

Also, it's opposite sex, not gender. That feeds into the homophobic "hearts not parts" crap so popular these days.

I don't think there is a reason to belittle other people's opinions, it is not like your opinion is worth more in any way. You do as much wishful thinking as everybody else here.

  13. ayo I also want a clown

idk man if they consider Nmixx flops then what are these hundreds of Nugu groups no one ever got to know or see before disbanding? Also everything I've ever seen from these kinds of shows from Korea is that they talk lots of garbage for shits and giggles, and also exaggerate, to farm attention. I wouldn't trust any shit these people are saying.

i remember people discussed here about irene and zzinu (i don't know his actual name sorry), two of hobi's closest friends that were seen with him in the jack in the box listening party and i found this post on facebook about some of his other queer friends and in the first picture it looks like zzinu was at a parade for pride month, i tried to find more info about it on twitter but i couldnt find anything, but he's photographer, i would be more surprised if he was straight 😭 and hobi's dancer too, so even if he's not queer i wouldnt be surprised if the majority of his friends consisted of queer people

There are always some small bits and pieces that come up once in a while that could point toward Hoseok being part of the community. I'd be interested in seeing all these moments put together in a thread to see what we are looking at. I really think there is a possibility that he isn't straight, everything we could count as a possible receipt is just vague enough for us to guess around.

  15. I will never cave to the expectation to be reachable and answer a text in the next few minutes. I refuse to turn on my notification just because someone expects an answer from me in a few minutes. How chronically online do you have to be to have such expectations? people have lives outside of social media. I don't WANT to have my notifications on, like if I would I would delete social media, and live in damn peace. If someone needs to reach me urgently, they will call and I will answer. Taking me not fulfilling this expectation of being chronically online and always ready to answer you and then make decisions on MY behalf with this reasoning? I don't fuck with that at all. You don't even feel shame. Keep making your own decisions that involve other people and just watch what will happen.

  16. 4th gen bg songs give me hives, I really don't vibe with them. 4th gen gg are much more pleasant to listen to. I also think you can see that opinion somewhat reflected in the general public. Bg's hit records and stuff through fandom power (which is a whole other conversation) but gg songs generally go viral much more, at least from what I see.
