you can see it in the first picture that you have attached that he's potentially wearing some natural shade of eye pencil on his upper lashline only. in the second one, he's got black eye pencil all across his eye. apologies if i phrased it strangely, i was only talking about the eye makeup. it would be unfair to compare one photo where he's wearing minimal eye makeup and one where his tear duct and waterline are concealed. don't forget that black eye pencil tends to make your eyes look smaller! anyway i don't care if mark is natural or not but he looks like it. if he's had his inner corners altered, a photo where his tear duct and waterline are covered won't prove it.
