i remember it so vividly, i followed pd101 s2 so closely when it was out but i was so disappointed at the members who got into wanna one that i avoided them like the plague. not to mention my irrational dislike of kang daniel has gained some credibility the past days, sorry daniel stans in the chat i gotta say i rooted for the underdogs but i always do that when watching survival shows (except i-land mayyyybe? but that show was clearly staged so i wasn’t worried about sunoo making it LOL). from the final pd101 s2, i would have loved to see haknyeon and hyungseob instead of baejin and kuanlin, samuel would also go in there and replace idk like park jihoon cuz i just wanna see that boy be happy goddamn but my favs were definitely the brand new boys. i used to LOVE lim youngmin, he was my no. 1 pick and everything, but then he went and had that whole drunk driving scandal so uh… you do you bb i also gotta note here that i’m glad hyungseob and euiwoong finally debuted. i was rewatching some performances from that season and i was STUNNED by them, esp by euiwoong. by age 16 he was able to outrap like 99 out of 100 other trainees on that show !!! plus, hanbin is in tempest too so two of the most cursed shows i’ve watched are having a sick crossover and i am more than excited for their next songs. not to mention all three of them had to put up with that weirdo seon, maybe they can bond over their mutual trauma with him

god, i’ll never be able to commit to p4g. i tried playing it after finishing p3p (100+ hrs of grinding…) and got 25 hours in before i dropped it sighhh. i think i’ll get it for switch if i have the money, i just wasn’t sold the first time around. i like the rural setting tho, and it fixes a lot of the wonkiness from p3. the social links esp are a gajillion times better in p4

i would imagine it is tougher to maintain friendships with everyone. i follow super junior (i know…) and most of the members make it clear they’re not buddy-buddy outside of work. with exo as well i’m not sure the members even like each other, ever since xiumin and d.o left for the army i think they dropped all pretenses. on the other hand, stray kids are all very close to one another but i think they’re the exception to the rule. it plays a big part that bang chan picked all the members himself, and ever since woojail left they’ve gotten even closer. but in general i think getting along with ten other people is doable, but forming bonds with them is much tougher. idk if i was in a girl group i’d get into fights all the time. living with one or two people is already hell, imagine a dozen other people in one tiny apartment together. what if someone throws their dirty clothes around, or doesn’t flush, or doesn’t wash their dirty dishes. and that’s just the hygiene part. i could never live the idol life i swear

coming here for the 100th post award, i watched the first episode for the howling yesterday and i am already going on record to say that i would become a human shield for hikaru and harua, they're ADORABLE omfg also the howling is already a gajillion times better than i-land, first of all there's no seon the trainees seem more competent and the more laidback style doesn't make me as stressed for the trainees. can't wait to see son sungdeuk go goblin mode on the children all over again, there's gonna be loads more tears this time... out of all sm boy groups exo has the best discography by far. all of their albums contain gems and that’s ultra rare to come by. i feel like back in the day the immaturity of their fandom truly overshadowed their consistency. xoxo in particular is a brilliant album and i don’t think any other rookie in kpop has released such a good album so early in their career

THANK YOU for mentioning this i think i'm straight up delulu when i notice that they act like exes lol. i won't deny that i'm biased cuz heesun are my two ults so obviously i look out for their moments but just... my nosy side is dying to know why they fell out cuz they clearly had loads of chemistry. some of my fav moments of theirs include sunoo squealing after hee did aegyo, saying that hee should try wearing "transparent clothes" (ahem), asking hee to "react how he would in real life" after saying he's into him, heeseung being super skinshippy with sunoo, poking his cheeks and hugging him etc etc. that vlive with sunghoon mentioned above is something i think back to from time to time cuz they were sitting next to each other but they deliberately ignored each other and only interacted with sunghoon LMAO. they literally never interact unless they're obligated to (which never happens) and my heesun-starved heart is always weeping goddamn
