The "joke" is that the Islamic calendar is different, the Gregorian calendar and it don’t match up exactly as the Islamic calendar relies on the moon. The lunar month moves forward by about 10 to 11 days each year. So one day Ramadan will fall both in January and again in December. So this comedian is making a joke that Ramadan will fall on the same day as Christmas, but in a ruder way which I found kinda strange. I 100% doubt the girls know such an obscure fact. Also why?

Well you won't even get in a drama, without sponsorships, or you would only get bad dramas. There is almost no choice. People get taken off dramas when they refuse sponsorships.
