Cheese and Milk I know you must avoid, if anything makes you gain fat very quickly it's that, there's a reason babies are pumped with milk, it's so they gain weight so they can grow, I'm not growing anymore that stuff will just become fat. Maybe that your way works, but it will be waaay too slow. I want to be in shape by the beginning of next year, not take years and years before I look good. It's the gay world, after 20 people are less and less interested in you, if I'm not in amazing shape by the time I'm 23 chances are nobody will want me anymore anyway. I need to look good before I'm too old.
  2. So what should I eat instead? I can't replace my breakfast with meat and eggs, and I can't live on water alone, I'd go crazy if I can't drink anything with some taste to it. This is really depressing me, I thought I was eating healthy stuff, and now you're telling me the unhealthy stuff is the healthy stuff? I am seriously considering just giving up, saving up for liposuction and just live on a diet of water and cigarettes at this point, at least then I know for sure I won't be fat anymore.

  4. I used to do cardio in the gym, but I ended up just feeling so extremely exhausted and drained from doing that. Swimming doesn't put to much pressure on my body and I have fun doing it, and all those swimmers out there have AMAZING bodies, so they must be doing something right. I've tried many sorts of diets in the past, from completely cutting out all unhealthy foods, eating no more than 2 pieces of bread in the morning, some fruits and vegetables for lunch and then a regular meal for dinner (my mom refuses to let me cook my own dinner, so I'm basically forced to eat whatever she puts on the table, luckily it's usually healthy food, with little meats and a lot of veggies), to just cutting out some snacks. My diet when I don't try to loose weight is usually something like - 4 slices of bread as breakfast - Some crackers or fresh foods as a snack around 11AM - 3 slices of bread as lunch - 2 pieces of fruit as a snack around 4PM - Dinner (what that is varies, but usually 2 portions of whatever my mom or dad makes, preferably my mom, my dad cooks unhealthy) - a biscuit or some more fruit with my tea around 9PM I drink throughout the day, but usually fresh fruit juice in the morning, water throughout the day, 1 glass of diet coke with vodka when I come home, tea after dinner, and maybe some beer before going to bed. I ALWAYS get hungry from every diet. I know that I'm going to be hungry, so I'll just have to find a way to deal with that, cutting out ANYTHING from the regular diet I just told you makes me hungry, this is the least amount I can eat without getting hungry. I am 196 cm tall and currently weigh 116 kilograms. I want to bring down my weight to 85 within a year, preferably sooner. The problem is, because of how big my body is, eating very little causes everyday problems very quickly, like being tired very fast, feeling very angry all day long, not being able to sleep because of the hunger etc. I try to loose weight every few months, but I usually give up very fast because of how bad I feel because of trying to loose the weight. I want to find a way to suppress my hunger so I can loose the weight quicker and easier and not loose very little or actually gain any weight, but I can't find any way to do so.
  5. My exercise right now is swimming twice a week and riding my bike for an extra hour 3 times a week, not counting my hour commute to and from school 4 days a week on my bike. It's not that much, I know people that do a lot more exercise than me, I was thinking of maybe adding another day of swimming (to loose all the weight from the fatty foods I need to eat apparently)

I find it all very hard to believe...it's like basically what you're telling me is "to loose weight, stop eating healthy and eat more and fat foods at that and exercise less" I find it very hard to believe that it works like that... And it's not just physically, it's mentally as well. When I eat fruits and breads with fat-free toppings, I feel good, I feel healthy. If I start eating fatter than fat eggs and meats I feel gross and disgusting. The whole reason I want to loose the weight is to NOT be gross and disgusting, I don't think eating eggs and meat will help with that.
  7. Bread is fiber and grain, not sugar. And fruit is mostly water, most fruit cost more calories to burn than that they produce. I think they must be much healthier foods than eggs and meat which is mainly fat. I already live healthy, I eat these low-fat foods like mostly bread, fruit and veggies, I ride my bike daily, besides me smoking cigarettes and drinking a lot of alcohol, I'm a very healthy person. Which is why it's so shocking to me that I gain SO MUCH weight so easily and then it turns out it's impossible to loose the weight. I want it to be gone as soon as possible, I don't want the "oh take things slowly, it takes time, it will come" route, that way I will, what? Loose 1 kilo per month. I want to loose AT LEAST 5 kilos per month, otherwise I'm just not doing a good job.
  8. I dunno...I need to loose 30-35 kilos...I don't think eating eggs and meat instead of mainly fruit and bread, which I always ate, will make me loose any weight. And I'm not starving, I have literally dozens of kilo's of fat to live off. I am eating right and moving around, but I just need to dial it up more to loose the weight, because clearly it doesn't work, if I keep gaining weight.
  9. 5 TIMES A DAY!??!!? I'd gain like 5 kilos per week, that's like more than I ate before. And meat and eggs?! If I want to loose weight? That can't be right... I think that doing it this way would take a long time for me to loose weight, I want to loose it as quickly as possible, I'm sick and tired of people judging me for my weight or not being able to find clothes in my size or not being able to do simple thing like go through the rotational gates at the metro.
  10. So my diet was clearly not working, I ate a lot less, and work out 4/5 days a week now, but I still gained weight for the past 2 weeks. So I cut out more food, cuz I was clearly not losing the weight and you know what my mom said?!?! "You need to eat more, you are eating far too little"! What!?!?!? So I'm gaining weight because I eat so little?!? great logic there?!? You'd think your mother would WANT you to be healthy. This is so extremely frustrating, I don't know what more I can do, cutting more food means reducing my daily food intake to 1 small portion as dinner and eating 3/4 slices of bread at the most. I also eat a lot of fruit, maybe I need to cut some of that, Fruit has A LOT of sugar and calories in them, and those vitamins they also have in those pills. I don't think I could work out any more, I already feel more than exhausted now. Any tips anyone? Last Friday again, this annoying faggot told me "oh, you need to hold in your stomach, you look ridiculous"...I WAS JUST FUCKING STANDING THERE!!!! Why do gay people hate fat people so much, it's not like I ever did anything wrong to them, why are they always making fun of me and shaming me because I'm fat?!!?
