You had to shade him lmao (I would have shaded Ken instead but to each their own) Imma just say if one day he will find out there are others things in singing than belting I will audition as Aespa fifth member

I was gonna say some 127 members but actually they don’t really ´fake’ a friendship… They don’t even interact together. Personally it doesn’t bother me since it’s best for everyone and the future of the group (SHINee talked about this as well). In Dream I feel like Jaemin does not get along with everyone.

[KN] Netizens discuss ITZY Lia’s situation after Soojin left (G)I-DLE
Ori replied to Youahaen's topic in Netizen Nation
Honestly she’s a pretty weak vocalist herself… They would be fine without her tbh -
If we’re talking NCT, idk if it’s unpopular but the rearranged version of From Home is much more superior to the original. Doyoung and Taeil really stood out. Reminds me of an old TVXQ song (I don’t remember which one tho lmao)

It will entirely depend on the GP.

Soyeon has always been a stronger dancer imo so her

Honestly 200k as a rookie is good, even for a rookie from the Big 3… It’s just that they came after EXO who was for years THE top bg and who sold 1 million copies a year after debut. People’s standards were too high, especially considering how different NCT system is. Since last year they have been outcharting and outselling pretty much almost every boy groups. Plus I’d say they have a pretty big impact on 4th gen. I don’t want to sound delusional or anything, but I keep up with a few 4th gen bgs and from what I’m hearing a lot of their releases sound very NCT.

[KN] Soojin’s departure from (G)I-DLE was scheduled

Cube doesn’t know how to handle such controversies (I’m well aware she did not help) and it’s pathetic. -
That pinched look makes me think of Lovelyz Kei

Always thought E4 for baritones is the equivalent of G#4 (tenors), sounds a bit too high for me too
-
What is the equivalent of A4 for sopranos ? C#5 or D5 ? Both ? Lol. I find it harder to support A4 as a tenor than C#5 as a soprano but that might be just me

Mariah looks so out of place lmaoo

First of all, welcome ! Jeongyeon has been discussed yes but for not being discussable LOL. She doesn’t have enough material in general so it’s hard to know how consistent she is with her development I guess. Personnally I think she’s at best a lower average but I’m not a once so maybe someone who has listened to her more can reply to you better
-
A bit unrelated but that ‘we focus on performance’ thingie 4th gen has bother me when we have groups who are known for their dancing/performing who still have main vocals who can sing with solid technique... Sounds like an excuse for the lack of vocal abilities to me
-
We already have Dejun for 4th gen (he is average) if we’re at it with NCT he’s also leading the new gen I guess Watch SM bringing an a-aa out of nowhere lmao
-
Probably Hybe stans I guess lol
-
Those 4th gen vocal rankings make me sad lol because usually there are only 3 acceptable vocalists.... This one wasn’t an exception only Jongho, Seoho and Woobin sound somehow like main vocalists
-
What do you guys think of DK lower range ? https://youtu.be/crURdCEo7ps I think it’s better than his mix lol
-
Thinking back about it I would choose Dawon instead of Jihyo lol for average-ish vocalists... She doesn’t mix as softly as Suhyun and still has a relatively clean sound till B4. At least based on that vocal range video I’ve seen a while back.
-
At the very very least ? Average of course. Any decently trained vocalist should support their mid range. In a genre like Kpop you need to have some basic skills. At least in my opinion. My personal standard would be at least above average, I think it’s a good benchmark for idols. I prioritize belters because ultimately it’s Kpop (where tenors constantly sing in the fifth octave) and you need a solid mix to do well in a Kpop song. For the first case Got7 Youngjae and Twice Jihyo, for my personal standard... Seungkwan probably ? I don’t expect every tenors to have his mix but his skill set is nice for what’s required in Kpop. For female vocalists maybe Solji lol idk Edit : he was just mentioned but Doyoung was my second pick. His voice shines a lot around G4-B4 which is the key most bg songs are written. I would say his level of skill in mix at least is what’s needed to handle a bg song without sounding messy.

I would love to say no... But it’s complicated. I have no pity for rapists
-
Are those whistles ? Ngl I think she should focus on actually supporting her head voice instead of trying to whistle LOL
