I think Best Female Group takes into account older releases performance in 2021, so Aespa are 4th for digitals and 4th for physicals. Aespa are unlikely to win any voting so they need to be heavily favoured by the judges to win either.

I don't think Aespa are leading the criteria for Best Female Group or SOTY, they would need good voting and great judge's scores to win either.
