Idk but i think im pretty alright with it because onlyoneof has always had a hand in their creative process, members choose concepts, write songs and sometimes even do their own choreo so it seems to be their own choice. I can’t seem to decide whether it would be queerbaiting because we don’t know the artists personally and they could be lgbt+, therefore their art may have a queer tint to it. Other celebs standing up for XZ would be like a plus, because from what I heard, WYB’s popularity only really started to rise after the drama and the dance show thing, so he’d be risking quite a lot to stand up for XZ

Quite a lot. I’m from China and the norm here is get married early so you can have kids. You’re supposed to reproduce as a gift for your parents for bringing you up (at least that’s how it is in my family). The homophobia is very bad over here but I’d say people generally don’t do anything about it because they don’t really care about the homophobia along with the other social issues like racism/sexism/misogyny etc. If people speak up about it, they’re going to get shut down really quickly or people will just pretend not to hear. There could be more negative consequences like getting jailed etc.
