BP is also a probable reveal (1) to divert attention Jisoo gained from SD and/or (2) similar to IU, dating scandal wouldn't affect their careers that much. They still have solid IG and YT followers. Idk much about Twice but seeing as they have seniority and fame (much like how dispatch revealed SNSD 5+ years in their careers) dispatch may have something on them. As much as she is to be blamed, she is signed under a management which is supposed to protect their artists and do damage control, as necessary.
