I totally agree for the alarplasty! However, I just want to clarify and say he DOES have a mandible/gonial angle. It's just a lot weaker than it would probably have been before his jaw shave. He tends to have loose skin in the jaw area which can hide mandible angle (and his whole jaw bone) but its definitely there: Compared to Doyoung who actually doesn't have a really at all mandible angle, there's a clear difference: Jaehyun, like the majority of people, has an (almost) right angle that projects beneath his ear. Doyoung's jaw on the other hand just continues straight up to his ear. You can almost be where mandible angle should be and where the bone was removed. Jaehyun's looks so much more natural than Doyoung's to me and I think the mandible angle is a big part of that. If you're trying to find someone's mandible angle my advice is to find a pick where you can clearly see there jaw bone (sometimes its helpful to find shots where they're looking over their shoulder). Not every jaw shave completely annihilates the mandible angle, especially in a case like Jaehyun's where there was enough jaw to begin with that even after removing enough bone to make his face narrower from the front he still had some mandible angle left over. I've also noticed that there are some jaw shaves that avoid shaving the mandible angle significantly and instead remove bone mostly from the lower jaw/the sides of the chin like in Karina's case. The result of this is a jaw that's narrower from the front but doesn't look much changed from the side. Karina's mandible angle was weak to start of with so I wonder if her surgeon decided it would be safer not to mess with it too much.

I came across a recent Cravity performance and was surprised by how different Minhee's nose looked.... It looks to me like his bridge was raised and nose made overall sharper and narrower. I honestly think this nose job was totally unnecessary and he's so young.... Considering Yujin's and Wonyoung's situations as well I'm quite disappointed in Starship.

I agree and the ranking at the end is very questionable. Taehyun over Seoho and Woobin???

Yep. It looks like he got his inner corners cut by way of an epicanthoplasty. They look sharper and more tear duct is exposed. I wouldn’t say he’s had his eyelids deepened though. They were always inner and therefore visible from a slightly lower angle, like the ones the newer pictures are taken at, and not visible at the higher/more neutral angle the older pics are from. Good catch with the eyes though! The inner corners definitely changed at some point in the last couple years.

SF9 are my ult group and I posted about them a while back but I'll give my current opinions here (my older post was kind of a mess): Rowoon - nose job, epicanthoplasty, double eyelid surgery, and fillers Inseong - nose job, epicanthoplasty Dawon - nose job Youngbin - natural? (he has very few predebuts and the ones he does have aren't great quality but based on them, I don't see any major changes. I do find his jaw to be kind of suspicious but I couldn't find any evidence that it isn't natural). Jaeyoon - nose job (he's another one with like no predebuts but his nose demonstrates a lot of the signs of a (slightly overly-done imo) nose job. It reminds me a little of Lee Jongsuk's nose pre-revision though not as extreme.) Chani - natural Taeyang - natural Zuho - natural Hwiyoung - natural? (he has what could be alarplasty scars but I honestly don't see a change in his nose from predebut to now so I'm more inclined to believe that the "scars" are just discoloration.) I hope that was helpful and thank you for asking about SF9! I'm really happy to see them getting more attention after Kingdom and with their comeback.

I agree with what you said for Yeonjun. I think he had a lip lift too, not just fillers, which I mentioned a little while back. As for corner lip lift, I didn't catch that one, but I wouldn't be surprised if he had one. As for PS in minors, yes, it is fairly common in the industry. I think the thing is that most of the time it happens while the idols are trainees, before we're introduced to them, so we often don't really realize how young they likely were when they had some procedures. Sunoo I think actually had a nose job before I-land (maybe that's what you meant tho?) He used to have more of a "roman" nose from side profile and on the show he already had a ski-slope bridge.

Myungsoo was discussed a page or two back but it looks like he had some subtle nose work and eye work.

Good catch for his jaw! I don’t know how I missed that haha it was staring me right in the face. Anyway, yes, I think you’re right and he’s had that jaw asymmetry corrected. As for his nose, I did notice the tip looks higher but it’s so slight that I dismissed it, though now you mention thread lifts I think that may be a possible. It might be fillers to the tip too? I don’t think it could be an implant, though I may be wrong. The front view is pretty much identical. Really good work there if he did in fact have nose work. Overall, I’m noticing a pattern with Bomin, L, and Junho too: Woollim visuals seem to make the tiniest of subtle changes that result in a very natural, but slightly more refined look.

I don't see any major changes in him. I think he's a good example of someone who grew into their features: There are a couple little things though. He does look like he may have chin fillers: More for chin fillers: I also think a subtle epicanthoplasty is possible, though I'm a little unsure about that one: Overall, he seems quite natural and I'm really glad he didn't touch his nose! It's not cookie-cutter but I think that's part of its appeal. It's distinctive and works well with his other features.

You're right! They've barely been mentioned here (which I, as an Infinite fan, find kind of sad), but anyway, thank you for bringing them up! They're overall fairly natural imo. Here are my thoughts: Sunggyu: I think he's had a nose job. It's fairly obvious when looking at this comparison: His bridge looks higher and the tip seems more upturned. You can see more of his nostrils. I don't see any other procedure for him though I could be missing something. Dongwoo: He looks natural to me though again, I could be missing something. Woohyun: I actually don't see a nose implant for him. I think he's actually a good example of someone who was just naturally has a high nose. Implants create a perfectly straight or ski-sloped bridge and if you look at Woohyun's nose closely, you'll actually see that his bridge has some irregularities: If he did anything to raise his nose bridge, it was likely filler, though I doubt he did. His nose looks pretty much the same as it did in his predebuts: He seems natural to me overall as well: Hoya: I agree it looks like he's had some eyework. My best guess would be an epicanthoplasty like you suggested (his inner corners seem rounder and more open then before) and also maybe a blepheroplasty (I see more of his iris now than in his predebuts). He may have had also lateral canthoplasty but I'm not very experienced at spotting that procedure. Sungyeol: I think he had some dental work. In his predebut pics it looks like he had somewhat of an overbite which seems to have been corrected: L/Myungsoo: The first thing I see for him is that he used to have a sleepy eye which he likely had corrected (probably through some form of ptosis-correction surgery which may have been strictly medical rather than cosmetic). His eyes used to look uneven and they don't anymore: He may have had some subtle nose work. The tip looks slightly more defined/more upturned and the bridge may have been slightly raised: Sungjong: I think he seems natural as well, though I'm a little unsure about his eyes: I hope that was helpful! Edit: I think I may be seeing an epicanthoplasty, a lateral canthoplasty, and an upper blepheroplasty for Sungjoong. He has more iris show on top, plus his double eyelid crease is visible now when it wasn't in the predebut. His inner corners also look more defined and his lateral canthus lower, making his eyes less upturned.

I think Key was debunked a little while back - he's definitely a tenor imo. As for Minho, I've been wondering about him for a while as well. I think he sounds like a tenor too. He's hitting a G4 here at 0:37, and even an A#4 at 1:47. Yes, they sound strained (and I think the A#4 sounds slightly flat?), but I don't think a baritone with his skill set would be getting up into that area very readily.

Thanks! I've seen her classified as a mezzo before, but half of people classified "mezzos" out there are actually just chesty/underdeveloped sopranos, so I'm not too surprised

Is Christina really a mezzo or is she actually a soprano? If she was a mezzo wouldn't supporting up to A4 (if she really does) make her average? (If she's a soprano than weak to average probably sounds right).

As I understand it, she's in shallow territory. I've seen some youtubers claiming she's had moments of solid support but I honestly don't hear it. I'd say from what we've heard so far Karina sounds stronger than Lia. That being said, Lia's the strongest vocalist in Itzy because none of the other girls support whatsoever.

I looked back at the old posts and yep, it looks like photos used to compare were filtered/edited to make her chin look smaller. Thanks for pointing that out! I agree. In unedited content her chin doesn't look any different. Thank goodness.

I think Yujin edits her selfies too, specifically, she seems to make her chin even more v-shaped despite already having work done in that area. The fact that they both tinker with their pics (especially after already having work done) could be a sign of dysmorphia which is very concerning, especially given they're both teenagers. I frankly find it to be even more concerning than PS at a young age because they could consider PS to be something that "comes with the territory" of being an idol. Dysmorphia, on the other hand, has to do with their mental health and their view of their bodies. Being a teenage girl is hard enough without being in the spotlight and all the positive and negative attention that comes from that. I really hope that their parents and Starship are providing them with the mental support they need. (Now is probably a challenging time for them especially given IZONE's disbandment and figuring out their next steps).

It seems like she may have shaved her chin as well (there are some posts on it a while back). If she did, it’s really unfortunate and I wonder if that procedure was in some ways a reaction to netizen comments - I remember someone mentioned recently that she was getting back-handed compliments about how she would have a great visual as long as her chin stopped growing.

I didn't really have an opinion on this, whether or not Sana had her cheekbones reduced debate, but after seeing these comments I did decide to look into it. The first thing I want to say is that she actually did have time to do this procedure. I googled cheek bone reductions and it supposedly takes three months for the swelling to dissipate. Sana did have that time. There was about a four month gap between award show season and More and More promotions. So, I think this means we can't use her "not having enough time" as an excuse in this case. As for whether or not her cheekbones as less prominent than before or not, this quora post (and I can't believe I'm saying it) actually makes a really good case for her having had her cheekbones reduced. I'll put some of the comparisons from it here: Her zygoma does look less projected than before. It's fairly subtle and not something you'd probably notice without putting pics side by side to compare, but there is definitely a difference. Please remember that she likely had her cheekbones reduced, not removed. Of course she still has cheekbones. They are just not quite as prominent. Just because she still has apparent cheekbones in current pictures that she didn't have them reduced. Her cheekbones used to be even more apparent than they are now and bone doesn't just shrink of its own accord. That being said, you don't have to agree with me. This is just my opinion and what I observe, and of course no hate or judgement towards Sana whatsoever. It's her face and her decision. Not to mention this is all just speculation. We have no way of knowing for sure what she did or did not have done. But please, users, be respectful of other people's opinions and don't make personal attacks, like saying people have no idea what they're talking about. That's just not civil. You can respectfully disagree, and if you do, please provide a counter argument and use comparisons, not just pictures showing that she still has cheekbones because, yeah, of course she does. They honestly sound fairly interchangeable to me. All quite weak. Yeonjun is like 100% nasality. I'd probably give Taehyun the edge over him just because I don't hear Taehyun picking up significant nasality until about the D4/E4 area. Soobin and Beomgyu aren't thaaat nasal but they're so airy and don't really even sound properly grounded to me. Kai I personally feel like has the most potential but idk maybe that's just me. He doesn't sound quite as nasal Yeonjun and Taehyun (still nasal tho) or as airy as the other two, but he has plenty of issues so honestly I'd say they're still interchangeable as of now tbh. Overall, throaty nasal airy sounds about right lol.

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they didn't and the boys were just given access to a bunch of Western indie artists and told "do that."

I amend my statement lol. It's... a choice. I will say that Kai's A#4 exceeded my expectations though that's not really saying much.
