As far as I know, yes, it has during her active years though it looks like she had a jaw shave at some point predebut. This was her jaw in 2017, circa Latata era (debut): It still looks very steep here with no visible mandible angle (her jaw goes straight to her ear). Her jaw can be very noticeable at times. I'd say it's one of the more obvious jaw shave cases where it just looks like something's missing: ' She's still absolutely stunning ofc. If anyone's curious, I think you can see her original jaw in this predebut performance (it looks she's lost weight as well but I do think her actual jaw bone has likely changed, not just her facial fat): I hope that helps!

He has put on weight but there are definitely fillers too. His facial fullness has fluctuated throughout the years even when his weight has been stable. 2017: This is what I would say is roughly his "facial baseline" when at a healthy weight but without fillers. He's not as gaunt here as he was before 2016 but he also doesn't have the facial fullness he has today. 2018: His face starts to look fuller here and looses some definition but it's nothing drastic. I would guess this is around the time he started dabbling in facial fillers but kept it fairly conservative. 2017 vs 2018: From 2019 to the present his facial volume just fluctuates. 2019: 2020: 2021: 2017 vs 2019 vs 2021 Of course, it's his face and entirely his choice what he does with it, but I do feel like Sehun never had the kind of face that was meant to be full. In my opinion, the fillers don't really enhance his features, like cosmetic procedures are meant to, and instead detract from them which is really a shame.

I honestly don't see a jaw shave. He had a weak mandible angle and some loose skin in his jaw area predebut and he still does: His mandible angle is weak and gets hidden by skin frequently (which is quite common btw) but it's definitely there: His mandible angle got hidden by skin even before debut when he had yet to touch his face: Besides that, his jaw hasn't gotten any narrower or much more v-shaped from the front. If anything, it looks slightly wider: I do see what looks like some filler in his chin but the jaw itself doesn't look like it's been shaved. Overall, loose skin does not equal a jaw shave. Lots of people have that naturally. The same thing goes for weak mandible angles.

Hey! I agree with you about his nose work (I think we were writing about it at the same time haha). I think he had an alarplasty, like you said, but I'm not so sure about the implant. There's a bump from side profile, like you mentioned, which is a tell tale sigh that there isn't an implant in there. The difference is pretty clear when compared to Younghoon who I'm quite sure has an implant: Hyunjae's nose also starts fairly low on his face which is unusual with silicone implants. In his case, I'd say fillers seem more likely.

He's fairly natural in my opinion as well, but I do see a couple subtle changes. There's the buccal fat removal and also what looks like some really subtle nose work predebut: It looks like the nostrils were taken in and the tip refined very subtly. I think he also lifts his nose tip and fills in the slight hump in the bridge with filler. The bridge is somewhat irregular (it's not perfectly straight) so I doubt there was an implant placed. It looks like he left his naturally thin lips alone and I don't see any eye work, though I could have missed something as spotting eye work isn't really my forte. Since debut, I honestly don't see any major changes in his features: (2016 vs 2020) (2016 vs 2021) I think TBZ in general had the bulk of their work predebut and (except for maybe New) haven't really had much done since. For @loveablejoy and anyone else who's curious about Ryujin, kpoprocedure made a post about her recently with some really good points that I pretty much agree with. I'll link it here, but basically they speculate that Ryujin has had lip fillers, cheek fillers, double-eyelid surgery (once, not twice), upper blepharoplasty, epicanthoplasty, nasal bridge/maybe tip filler, and chin/side of chin filler. Essentially, most of her recent changes are down to fillers changing her facial volume. I hope that helps!

Kpopprocedure is really really good and I definitely recommend checking their page out. However, there are a couple of cases of "v-line surgery" they've pointed out that I'm not sure I agree with. In the comparison they posted of Jaehyun here his jaw definitely seems wider on the right than on the left: However, the head position doesn't really match. In the first picture he has his chin down which makes his lower face seem narrower. In the second picture he has his chin up which makes his lower face seems wider. (The second pic is also more zoomed in which makes his whole face seem bigger). Here are some examples of Jaehyun's jaw looking narrower and wider from different angles at the exact same event. 2017 (supposedly after debated v-line surgery and before debated jaw implants): 2019 (supposedly after debated jaw implants): Here is a comparison Jaehyun in 2016 and 2020 where his head is angled the same way: Now the difference in his jaw really looks nowhere near as drastic as in the comparison where the angles don't match. The slight change that is present looks lot more like the results of him letting up on masseter botox than jaw implants (which are a very rare procedure in the kpop industry and korean plastic surgery industry anyway). Of course, like @Lyanna15171 said, we have no way of really knowing for sure what he did to his jaw. This is all speculation and, of course, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. However, I do think it is important to make sure the head position in comparisons matches up as much as possible. It really does make a big difference when evaluating whether or not someone had a certain procedure, especially anything jaw related. I hope that helps!

Hey! I think you may be on to something with a chin implant for Rosé. You can kind of see it here too: Here chin also looks like it was less projected predebut: However, I don't think she's had a jaw shave. I know there have been discussions around her having one floating around for a while and her face has definitely changed a lot in the last couple years, so I totally get why people may think she has. However, Rosé still has never had a particularly strong mandible angle: (These are from 2017) She didn't really have any jaw to shave lol. She's always had a very steep jaw line with a weak mandible angle right below her ear that easily gets "lost" or hidden by skin fairly (which is quite common tbh). However, that doesn't mean her mandible angle isn't there. In pics where it's "lost" like the gif you posted, her whole jaw bone is lost too. (In the gif, the shadow is from her earphone cord). To spot whether someone has a mandible angle, the best thing to do is find a pic where you can clearly see their jaw bone. In pics where Rosé's jaw bone is visible, she still has a mandible angle: I'm pretty sure Rosé has had buccal fat removal, and that combined with the chin implant and naturally weak mandible angle/steep jaw can definitely make her jaw seem suspicious. However, I'm pretty inclined to say she did not have a jaw shave. At least not since debut.

Yeah, it's becoming more and more apparent to me that Jaehyun most likely did not shave his jaw and just really went in with the masseter botox instead. I think a user on the previous page mentioned something about a side effect of masseter botox being that it can leave you looking quite gaunt and that seems to be the case with Jaehyun. Because of this, you can very clearly see his jaw bone, and it really does not look like a shaved one. He has a clear mandible angle, a blunt chin, and a jaw bone that doesn't have much slope to it: It's the same jaw structure he had predebut:

I think this is the kind of case where it’s important to understand not just the ideal result of a procedure/ why someone would get it done, but also how it’s done. Masseter Botox, jaw shaves, and, I’m assuming, contour injections, though I’m not as familiar with them, have similar purposes: they all make the jaw area/lower face seem narrower and less prominent. The difference, and the best way to spot which is which, is how they go about doing this. For me, a good way to think about it is masseter Botox deals with muscle, contour injections deal with fat, and jaw shaves deal with bone. If you see an idol with a seemingly narrower lower face the best thing to do, in my opinion, is look at their previous pictures and try to pinpoint exactly what has changed to cause this effect: their facial fat, their jaw muscles, or their actual jaw bone itself. I think it could be harder to distinguish between the less invasive procedures (masseter Botox and contour injections) but it’s not too difficult to separate them from a jaw shave. Jaw shaves literally cut away and remove chunks of bone from the sides of the jaw bone to create a narrower impression from the front. This means that someone who’s had a jaw shave will have a noticeable difference in their jaw bone. It will seem steeper from the side and most of the time the mandible angle itself will be either weaker or, in some cases, seemingly completely gone. This is the “jaw goes straight to the ear” effect that’s usually a dead giveaway of a jaw shave, and probably the easiest way to recognize one, especially without earlier photos to reference. (Not all jaw shaves have this result, of course.) If someone’s lower face seems narrower but their jaw bone hasn’t changed, I’d likely chalk it up to a less invasive procedure, probably masseter Botox which seems to be fairly common (there are also some cases where weight loss might be involved.) I think understanding how the procedures work can really help us both with spotting them and distinguishing between them, but also with avoiding jumping to the conclusion that everyone with a narrower jaw area has had a jaw shave, and not really understanding how that procedure is performed, how it presents on the face, and how incredibly invasive it is. I think part of it is that China is a lot bigger than Korean and is comprised of many more ethnic groups, which leads to more diversity of facial features. The Korean population, on the other hand, is very homogenous. In Hendery's case, he's actually Macanese, and since Macau was formerly a Portuguese colony, as I understand it, a fair number of Macanese people do have some Portuguese blood. Looking at Hendery's features, I wouldn't be surprised if he is one of those people who has Portuguese ancestry.

Blepheroplasty is the removal of the the fat pad above the eye like @Lyanna15171 said. It can reveal a double eyelid that was previously hidden by skin (in the case of hooded eyes) but it cannot create one. Asian blerpheroplasty is another name for double eyelid surgery which actually makes an incision to create a crease that was not previously there. Epicanthoplasty is not double eyelid surgery. It's the removing of skin around the epicanthic fold to reveal more of the tearduct, basically, inner corner cutting like @itzyclub said. It wasn't mentioned here but for the record having your eyelids "clipped" is having a pre-existing double eyelid crease redone/raised or deepened. Karina actually seems to have had a natural double eyelid crease: The main "issue," Like @itzyclub said, was the fat pad above her eye which effectively hid that crease and made her eyes seem smaller. She likely had blerpheroplasty done to remove this fat pad and open her eyes up. These days, her creases also seems deeper and more even so I think it's likely she had her eyelids clipped: I'm not sure about her inner corners being being cut via an epicanthoplasty (the shape doesn't look too different to me) but I'm pretty sure she had a lateral canthoplasty. The rim of the outer corner of her eye is lower now, showing more of white space.

I think it’s an implant. He’s had his chin discussed here before and the conclusion if I remember correctly is that he likely had a chin implant. I hope that helps!

I think in Yeonjun’s case he got another nose job after doing his lips which raised his nasal tip and thereby increased the distance between his nose and his lips that the lip lift may have decreased previously. I think the work he had done on his lips was to make them plumper and poutier. Center lip lifts raise the middle of the lips which also leads to move teeth-showage and that may have been the effect he was after.

I haven't checked up on them recently, but from what I remember... Yeonjun: nose job (at least x2), lip fillers, corner lip lift, center lip lift, chin implant/filler Soobin: double eyelids, lip fillers Beomgyu: nose job, double eyelids Taehyun: nose job, epicanthoplasty? Huening Kai: natural? (his eyes were more hooded predebut so may have had a blepheroplasty, though I'm unsure. He may also have had fillers in his nose bridge on and off to smooth it out somewhat) I hope that helps!

I think he had a nose job predebut and an epicanthoplasty more recently. The scar is probably from the initial nose job. I also don't see any changes in his nose since then so I don't think he's had anything else done to it more recently. The scar is pretty faint and is likely usually covered up with makeup/edited out which I guess is probably we haven't noticed it before. That's probably why it's only visible on one nostril too -- either the makeup only rubbed off on one side or the other side faded more. Idols are probably given scar creams to help fade nose job scars and the like but it's possible it was more effective on one side than the other. I doubt he just had his nostrils brought in on the left side haha. I hope that helps : )

As for Youngbin, I think it's either weight loss/aging or buccal fat removal. His actual jaw bone hasn't changed during his active years (It's always been kind of sus looking and had a very weak mandible angle but based on the few predebuts of his I could find I think it's natural and that he didn't a jaw shave predebut either). I don't think Seohyun has had a jaw shave. Her jaw bone doesn't seem to have changed since predebut. Predebut: 2008: 2016: She does have a mandible angle, though it's very weak and close to the ear: Tiffany, I do think has had a jaw shave. I believe its been discussed here a while back, but her jaw looks like this: Her jaw bone goes straight up to her ear and there is not a visible mandible angle. Looking at her older pics, it looks like this wasn't always the case, leading me to believe she shaved her jaw in SNSD's early years, probably between 2009 and 2010. Pre jaw shave: Comparisons: As for Sooyoung, I suspect she has in recent years gotten either chin fillers or a chip implant, but I don't see a jaw shave: SNSD, along with Aespa, is one of the groups with the highest percentages of jaw shaves (SM's stupid obsession with v-lines), but I definitely wouldn't say 9/9 members of have had one.

I (like almost everyone on this thread) used to be pretty sure Jaehyun had a jaw shave too but someone posted something a few pages back that made me start to question it. Basically, they said he may have just used a heck ton of masseter botox and eased up on it as of late rather than shaving his jaw and getting jaw implants to rebuild it. I was skeptical of this theory and kind of I still am, his jaw is honestly a big question mark for me. One interesting thing is his jaw doesn't go straight up to his ear a lot of other idols who have had a jaw shave. He still has a pretty clear (though weak) mandible angle: I assumed this meant that he must have had stronger mandible angle to begin with and it was just shaved down, but looking at his predebuts, that doesn't appear to be the case. His mandible angle was always on the weaker side: Looking at his photos over the years too, his mandible angle also seems to have been surprisingly consistent from predebut until now. I don't see a change there even with the fluctuations in his jaw width from the front view: Pre debut and likely pre any work: As a trainee and after SM started messing with his jaw (whether it be botox, a jaw shave, or some combo of both): In 2020, after his jaw looked wider again from the front: 2021: Pre debut vs 2021: The second picture is around the time his jaw started to look significantly narrower from the front (around when people guess he may have had his jaw shaved) and the 2020 one is after it had started to look wider again (after people suspect he got jaw implants. However, the mandible angle looks like it never changed. It's been consistent from predebut until the present. What this makes me think is that he didn't have a jaw implant. Jaw implants attach to the gonial/mandible angle area and make it more pronounced: If Jaehyun had had jaw implants we would have seen a stronger mandible angle pop up which we didn't. I would take jaw implants off the table but that does mean we no longer have an explanation for why his jaw suddenly started to look wider again from the front. Jaws can't "regrow" after a jaw shave. An evolution of his jaw from the front over the years: Predebut (pre any jaw work): 2016 (debut) (post any jaw work): 2017: 2018: (he looks really gaunt here. Like he lost a lot of weight. There is like no fat around his jaw area anymore and I can see that his jaw bones are actually somewhat asymmetrical. The left side is more pronounced than the right. I think this is around the time people started to speculate he'd had jaw implants?) 2019: (his face looks fuller again here). 2020: 2021: (I know this picture is touched up slightly. Sorry. I couldn't find a better one.) Pre debut vs 2021: I'm not fully sure what I think of his jaw besides that I don't think had jaw implants. The width of his jaw has fluctuated over the years, but honestly, I don't see much change in his jaw bone. It looks to me like what's fluctuated was the flesh over his jaw and probably the masseter muscle. He's a rather odd case and he's definitely done other stuff (alarplasty, botox, fillers, many buccal fat removal?) but looking at his jaw, I'm not so sure he had a jaw shave after all. Sounds like head voice to me. I hear her switch registers at on the "i sun-gan." The first two syllables sound like they're in mixed voice while she switches to head on the "gan." I hope that helps!

Yeah of course! I think it's pretty much common knowledge that he's messed with his chin (on multiple occasions) but looking at his jaw, I actually don't see any major changes there: He has a pretty prominent mandible angle actually, more prominent than Jaehyun's. Looking at his most recent pictures, that's still the case: His actual jaw bone has very little slope (it's pretty straight) which makes sense given he naturally has a square jaw. He plays around with fillers which have elongated his chin and made his jaw seem more v-shaped from the front, but the actual bone doesn't look to have changed. I think he also edits his insta photos a lot to make his jaw look more sloped and his chin pointier so I wouldn't trust them: This is what his jaw looks like as of a month ago: Assuming he hasn't messed with it since, I would say no jaw shave for him.
