Wow I only recognized the name Astro because of cha eunwoo but even then I never knew the other members’ name and faces. After looking at his photos, I’m surprised as to why MJ is not the visual. Even with other good looking members in the group, he stands out the most to me. however the nose job was a bit tragic. Even though I didn’t notice it at first glance, it is definitely looks obvious. It almost has a plastic/cartoonish vibe to it. He looks like a ken doll.

Why did they make him look so unnatural He was so cute before I don’t know what the BH staff saw wrong with him that was different from the other members? they could’ve just stopped with the nose but they didn’t. Now he looks completely computer generated in some photos ( especially when wearing those colored contacts ). He’s already the main vocalist and apparently that is not enough for them.

My standards for surgery are quite low. If it does not look botched, it's successful lol. Wouldn't filler technically make your nose bigger? (higher?), like i know it's used to straighten out the nose bridge or make some parts more defined. It actually could be fillers cause in some pictures his nose tip is sharper than in others. However it really does seems like he had a nose job once predebut and fillers every comeback. ok actually maybe Taehyun's surgeon needs to go to jail. why did they give him such a high and slim nose bridge. It looks really uncanny (and kinda similar to heeseung's). 1 member with a obvious nose job in a group where everyone had work done is not that bad actually.

In comparison to his predebut: I suspect he might have done his nose once before debut and again before the blue hour comeback. The members of txt relatively looks similar to their predebut photos (except taehyun), and since BigHit seems to have their own surgeon who specialize in nose jobs, i suspect txt would slowly change their appearance little by little between comebacks. BH really is giving SM a run for their money with these successful nose jobs lol.

I know right. Momoland does not look bad in any way however they do have the signature plastic look to them. It's a bit hard to explain in english but it's when the skin looks really puffy and leathery. like the natural elasticity of the skin is no longer there. (Edit: "Pillow face" would be the most accurate english term for it). This can be noticed in both western and eastern celebrities. Iggy Azalea Christina Aguilera Park Bom Jane Jooe It's not really about a specific facial feature that is making them look plastic. It's more about how their skin looks. Jane's nose, eyes, and jaw looks the same to me since 2018 however she definitely looks different. I'm not sure if this makes sense but it's like they're wearing a realistic "human" face mask (like the ones you would see as a disguise in a spy movie). A lot of people think that fillers are good alternatives for PS, but really to me it looks weird. Not everyone has a face that can pull of or look good with fillers. Also, can overuse of fillers be reversed? cause some of these people looks like their skin is dying.

Oh now I definitely see it. They made the tip of her nose smaller and the bridge straighter. Overall now it has more structure(?), her nose bridge also looks slightly higher. The changes were so small I barely noticed. I hope she's not planning to do more. Her nose is unique and it suits her perfectly. She is absolutely gorgeous *chef's kiss*.

His face really reminds me of a Disney princess if that makes sense. He has an impossibly small nose, slim jaw, and big eyes. Its really kinda scary how changing one part of the face can change everything. ( It would actually make sense since the nose is the center of the face ). but since his face is so different now, I feel like his proportion is slightly a skewed. His nose bridge is too thin and straight in comparison to the nose tip. This is also the case with Sunghoon. Due to their new noses, the middle part of their face looks slightly "empty". I don't know if that made a lot of sense, but in comparison to the other natural members, their noses are too small for their faces. I've read somewhere that people have the ability to know if a person's face is symmetrical or not subconsciously. Although Heeseung and Sunghoon are very good-looking, their faces send off a bit of a red flag to me. Pics of members with untouched nose:

I know it's supposed to be a winter concept but why are they so over-exposed? I don't understand SM, why make your idols get surgery and after that STILL highly editing their photos/mvs. I can barely make out their noses in this mv..

Minnie's nose in that photoshoot looks really edited. the nostrils have a very triangular shape to it and the slope is unnatural. This is how her nose usually looks. Her nose is not that tall nor sharp at the tip at all. I don't think she did her nose though because in newer pictures, it doesn't look that different. If they edited minnie' nose then they most likely did the same to miyeon's nose too. I don't know if I'm tripping but in that photo, their nose contour doesn't look very well blended. Maybe it was the style of the photoshoot considering that minnie's eyeshadow and miyeon's blush were also not well blended. The combination of the weird contour and the editing probably isn't doing them any favors tbh. I love minnie's nose shape, i hope she won't feel pressured to change it.

For Silicone nose implants, less really is more. Sometimes the skin around the implant gets really thin and the implant is really visible. Like you can see the outline and the shine of the implant. These are the types of implant I often see. For Heeseung's case, his surgeon prolly used something similar to the first one (L). When he's moving his nose, its a lot more obvious, like the way the skin moves around the implant doesn't seem natural to me. Idk why the surgeon gave him this nose. When something is inserted, the surgeon should always be careful to not cut off the supply of blood. And since the nose is on the center of the face, blood supple is very important. I've heard about people who got implants placed improperly which damaged the facial nerves and killed the surrounding skin cells. I watch a lot of Botched (the tv show) and they often talk about how dangerous it is when your skin cells start to die, they said that the implant should be removed immediately if that happens. Idk though, imo his nose implant is way too obvious and close to the surface of the skin. As people get older, their skin naturally gets thinner and looser. I'm sure that his nose won't age very well. I know i talk about Enhypen a lot on this thread but I'm really not trynna drag them. I'm just shocked at the amount of plastic surgery they all had done. Like seriously, I've never seen a rookie group with this much work done that have gone above the heads of many people. It's just really crazy to me how they look obviously enhanced yet quite natural at the same time.

I know someone in this thread said something about his face being hard to analyzed for fillers but can i have ya'lls opinions on this. notice how his top lip is a bit more full and the sides of it is curved? I swear now they're the same size when his bottom lip used to be so much bigger. Idk though it looks like this is some pics, his face is quite difficult to read. What do ya'll think. His lips in a recent video: His lips before: Idk bro but after looking at his lips for a solid 12 minutes, I swear his top lip is slightly fuller.

I don't mind (G)I-DLE being Soyeon and Friends tbh. The songs that she writes are absolute bops and everybody got the spotlight they deserve. I don't know why a lot of fans are obsessed with the line distribution, of course some members are going to sing/rap more than others. It wouldn't be fair to members with main roles if everyone got the same amount of lines. Some members are just better singers period.

Her eyes, nose, and general checkbone structure in this picture reminds me of the former sm trainee yiyang. crazy because i believe her nose used to be different predebut. She looks completely different in a lot of photos but it's always something really small that changes her whole face. for the picture you posted, her short eyebrows are really throwing me off.

International stans are more sensitive about issues in kpop regarding colorism and cultural appropriation. International stans are also usually more laid back and like to joke around a lot (I'm talking about ppl on twitter, they really have no fear). I've notice that if a group is more appealing to twitter stans (like they're funnier and more relatable to the younger stan twitter audience) their problematic behavior is often overlooked. Also goes the opposite way. Mamamoo often talks about loving your body and loving anyone you want. Like I've seen hundreds of posts calling them "healthy" and "lgbt" queens. Which is why i believe they face great backlash over their blackface scandals. It's just something that people didn't expect from them, you know? However there are a lot of popular groups right now that are so much more problematic imo than mamamoo but since they are what stan twitter considers to be the epitome of kpop humor, all their actions are ignored. I'm talking about nct if you can't tell. The amount of colorist jokes (that are confirmed not to be mistranslations btw) that taeyong had said is shocking. Same with jaehyun and the n word situation. I've seen multiple groups being cancelled for less than half of the stuff they do/say.

Also, I'm not a big fan of the kinds of filter that some idols use. You know, the ones that make their jaw and cheekbones really smooth, eyes really big, and skin really pale and patchy-looking. Whenever i look at these pictures, i feel a bit creeped out since it's like they're mimicking young children. And the thing is it's really common in kpop. Its even expected for idols to use these filters. I remember when Doyoung (NCT) was on the night night podcast without makeup and fans were telling him in the comments to put the filter on. its crazy how idols aren't expected to be human. Examples of this: idk man maybe I'm over reacting but its kinda insane how this level of photo manipulation is considered attractive

Her Chin Fillers definitely went down. Originally her chin was more rounded/blunt which really blended well with her girl-next-door look. To me, wheein always had a calming(?) vibe to her visuals. I really like it. During AYA era, she experimented with fillers, most prominently in her chin. instead of all her features blending well together, her chin was now the first thing you notice about her face. She also probably got cheek/lips fillers too since her face seemed a bit puffy. like in this photo below her face seems really puffy. I also see changes in her nose, jaw, and eyes. They seem to be sharper and more clean cut now. I'm glad that her chin fillers in the AYA era settled down, her face is more balanced now. Finally!!!!! An I-land member with a natural nose ( at least imo). All the others look like him tbh. Nicholas, heeseung, sunghoon, sunoo, hanbin, and jay all has similar noses to him. while the other members' noses are definitely not natural, i think jake's is. i really thought he had tweaked his nose because it looked too similar to everyone else's. Same thing happened to me with black pink btw. since lisa and rose had nose jobs, i assumed that jisoo also did. i was surprised looking at her predebut pics considering how common plastic surgery is. that girl does not change. most stans would try and defend their idols whenever they are accused of ps. after coming across this thread, i often assume an idol has something done even when they haven't. I know right... And people swear that BH is the most natural company when they only have like 3 active group. Honestly though, the reason that people don't notice it that much is because the surgery itself was done quite well. There's like a quote that goes "no one will ever question a well done nose job" and its definitely true in this case. Unlike other companies, who likes to give their idols really obvious surgery BH is at least making sure their idols look good and unique. I feel like the enhypen and iland boys will age well ( the same can't be said about some sm idols tho ) Also i know im really late but i've only started watching iland which is why i noticed all these nose jobs. Before i joined this thread i only saw like 1 or 2 post discussing enhypen so i decided to add my opinions on them too. Ill be updating when i see someone else in iland with a sus nose ( honestly nose jobs are the easiest for me to point out ). which hopefully will not be that much more considering half of iland are super young.

Has yg's boy group treasure been thoroughly discussed on this thread yet? I'm not that familiar with them but at a first glace they seem very natural. when i saw them for the first time I was quite shock that a big company would debut a group with such unique faces ( this is no shade at all). Since yg is know for criticizing their idol's appearances ( I guess he only does so to female idols ). Treasure definitely looks the most natural out of all groups that have recently debuted.

Why are her eyes so pulled back?? I feel like every year she looks different. I wonder what ever made her think that she should change herself this much? She was/is so pretty. Also the dark tan doesn't help. she looked so dark in the thank you, next mv. Also where I live, a lot of people actually think that ariana is black/mixed. If i didn't saw her old pictures, i would probably believe it too.

Can you explain more about this? I feel like in his case it might be just puberty. Because mark always had a more hooked side profile and sm always edit it to look less visible/completely remove it in official photos. if he had something done to his nose, wouldn't they first fix his side profile since sm hates it so much? imo he looks very natural so even if he got anything done, i doubt it would do anything for him since he is already very cute.

bruh..... her before nose is really cute. it even seems smaller? must be a really demanding industry where people with good noses still feel the need to get them done. I feel like alot of idols/actors change the smallest things about their faces hoping that it would do something. in her case it didn't really work out in her favor. not sure how i feel about this.
