Incredibly bland. There's no high point in the song, the chorus is flat, and I can't even remember how the verses go. Obviously, this is just the generic "We won the competition!" song, so I'm gonna wait for a real release to judge the group properly.

What does Nayeon have to do with whatever deal her mom and the scumbag made, if there ever was one? I’m tired of these debtors and loaners putting all their debts on children/offspring who have nothing to do with whatever happened. Greedy people through and through. I remember there was a case not too long ago with a group of people suing Wonder Girls’ YeEun for money her estranged father stole. She didn’t have to pay them either. I know people want their money back but keep it between the parties that made these deals in the first place.

Cute song. Nothing spectacular but good. I know people didn't want the girls separated, but if they stayed as they were in such a big group then they wouldn't be able to shine as they're doing now. They'll meet again in the future. The video's ending got me.

Let this be a lesson to all production studios. Respect the source material. -
I do agree with there being a stagnation. IMHO, the only new group that can get everybody and their mama interested in a comeback now is NewJeans. I hate doing this sort of thing, but let's compare their Lollapalooza debut with adjacent label mate's TXT. They were both happening at the same time, but the only one I saw talked by people I didn't even know cared about K-pop was NewJeans. The only reason I can come up with as to why they're so popular is that there's something fresh about the way they present their materials to us. 3rd generation plateaued Kpop because that was the generation that took everything from the previous ones and perfected it. 1st gen was about creating K-pop in its purest form, 2nd gen defining the sound and globalization. Where there is no innovation, there's stagnation. If companies are still making money from fans with outdated methods, why should they progress the genre?

Technology has both even the playing field and also muddied the waters. Groups that flopped and should've disappeared into the abyss don't anymore. Because of streaming (both for music and videos), they can exist and seem just as popular as groups that actually have a huge fan base. Even groups who are successful have this issue with fans juicing up their numbers so that what we see isn't exactly the truth. Like everyone is saying above, just enjoy the music and whatever else you like. None of the awards, chart positions, and streaming numbers matter.
