I noticed there was something different about her lips when I watched their two lastest mvs (r.o.s.e blue and boca) back to back. I feel like she also got the surgery that makes you have permanent upturned lips on the edge? it looks similar to Lovelyz's Jin's lips

You can definitely see eyelid scars indicating a double eyelid surgery. There was also a chin implant and a lot of fillers (you can see lip fillers in the second pic in the first link)

This is his nose from the same video as the one OP posted. If you look closely, you can see the scar there again. I think the scar has been healing since they filmed the video, hence the less noticeable mark under the nose now. This also means it's probably easier to hide it with makeup now too right?

If you look at Hitomi on any of the music shows during secret story of the swan era, you can see how much weight she lost. She's so tiny in the videos.
