  1. I get what you're trying to say about people injecting their own wishes onto speculations, but you're also acting like it could ever be evidence-based or something. Reality is we'll never truly know which idols are gay or not, the vast majority of them are unlikely to ever come out even if any of us happen to be right about anything. It's extremely common in Korea for queer women to maybe experiment with girls while young then "grow up" and marry a man "like they should" later on in life. In general, even if someone is bisexual, you're only going to see them go public in the heterosexual relationships they pursue, and never the homosexual ones. The data is always going to skew like this. Also, it's not like you haven't written a pretty lengthy post about Lisa before, who has recent dating rumors with some French CEO.
  2. Not saying this as a comment on Yubin since I don't know much about her/not invested enough personally. But to add to the general topic, former Wassup's Jiae has talked about how she has received some hate comments from other sexual minorities before. In conservative societies like Korea, bisexual women may experiment with or date women, but very frequently ultimately marry a man. it's just more practical given the context of the culture they live in. People need to keep in mind that even an openly homosexual celebrity like Hong Suk Cheon (who is also older than 50 now) still gets asked by his mom when he's going to find a woman to marry.
  3. This is the rainbow post she made on National Coming Out Day. https://www.instagram.com/p/BLdRJ4lhr20/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link
  4. Looks like this movie actually is coming out. She kisses her at 0:48.
  5. Spoilers again for the now latest (and last) episode of the Love Alarm dating show:
  6. You can decide who you're interested in twice each day. There are times throughout the day when the Love Alarm is on and off, and when it's on, it rings when someone who has chosen you is nearby. You will also receive a heart every time someone selects you. Hearts are used as currency throughout the show, but are also considered precious because the win condition at the end is the couple that has the most amount of hearts between them.
  7. Most people aren't really that interested in LGBT affairs if it's not somehow related to them though. This is often because they're part of the community themselves, though it could also be for other reasons such as a close friend or relative being queer instead. Also, most people won't answer that question truthfully regardless of what type of person they're attracted to. There are a lot of cop out answers to it that even (presumably) straight people give. Even when people answer the question without naming anyone in particular, they give very vague answers most of the time to avoid controversy by naming obvious qualities ("I like nice people."). To suggest anybody LGBT would answer that question truthfully when presented the opportunity is pretty absurd. EDIT: My take on Sakura is that she is most likely straight, just open to the idea and not against the prospect of falling in love with a woman. But I think there's a lot of bogus stuff being said to argue this point as well.
  8. Not really surprising since a lot of the speculation here in the past includes the fact that Amber's most likely bisexual. One of her song's music video made heavy use of the bisexual flag colors, which has also been mentioned here more than once.
  9. I honestly forgot about her just because it's been a while since EXID was in the spotlight, but yes, she's extremely likely to be into women. Hasn't she been spotted (with pic evidence) at gay clubs? About as clear as day to me.
  10. The Luda clip is a little longer too, Dayoung tries to tease her by playing along and asking "How can you have two wives?" And she just responds by saying "I like it. Isn't that what everyone honestly wants?"
  11. There isn't really a large list of people, especially if we're specifying lesbian instead of attraction to women. Most people are in agreement that Moonbyul is part of the community. Others that have come about as close to coming out without actually doing so are Wendy, Yoojung (Weki Meki), and Son Yejin, all seemingly bisexual though. Former Wassup's Jiae also outright came out as bisexual, and Bibi also wrote a song specifically about lesbian themes and tagged it as such on Soundcloud. Yubin is also pretty (in)famous for her "looking for a bottom bitch" online post when she was young, Amber is also pretty much out as bisexual. Everyone else is really up for debate, most groups have some members that get brought up more, but you can find people digging up receipts for anyone under the sun, just a matter of how substantive or how frequent they are. For example, Twice (since you asked about jihyo) members that get brought up are typically Sana, Momo, Chaeyoung, and occasionally Nayeon. I don't think Jihyo is on most peoples' radars, especially because of her past relationship with Kang Daniel. Would love to be wrong about it if anyone that knows better has any receipts, but she's definitely been brought up before, but mostly in the context of being written off as one of the straight members.
  12. Yeah, don't get me wrong, odds are definitely good it's about a guy and all, but if we're being technical about it, Gone is almost entirely gender neutral. The only time a gendered pronoun is used is when she says "you and her," and that would be accurate whether she's singing about a woman or man.
  13. I've always thought Rose's friendship with Hyeri was also a bit sus. Not that I necessarily read it as anything more than friendship, but at least from Rose's side it seemed to have some romantic undertones, like the story they've told of how Rose sent Hyeri flowers for her birthday. She didn't even actually know her address, so she found out by finding her sister's IG and DMing her on it to send it as a surprise.
  14. Moonbyul is at 15, Solar is at 22, 24 is Wheein, and 34 is Hwasa. So they're still on the list, just not in the top 10. Makes sense since they're not really that active anymore. WJSN members seem to have climbed higher (aside from Seola, who has always been pretty popular), which does make sense since they've been pretty active between Queendom 2 and group promotions after.
  15. This is 100% the vibe I get, kind of seems like they wanted to get ahead of it to make sure there isn't any speculation that she herself might be queer, and that people don't start digging into anything she might've said. While her career is definitely still pretty healthy, she's not exactly in the spotlight either. I doubt that it isn't true, but it did come out of nowhere and at a pretty convenient timing.
  16. I wouldn't call what I'm about to say a receipt, but she did open a personal youtube channel about a month ago, and her first video includes Moonbyul as one of two people she invited over for dinner. Not nearly enough for me to assume anything, but I did think it was interesting. If I had to guess, Holland was probably just talking about himself, but think maybe I'll keep my mind open about Yein as well just in case...!
  17. Parents are not always good people, and their acknowledgement is not always worth having. You're assuming everyone has good relationships with their parents, or that they would if not for their homophobia. It's not a safe assumption to have. Sometimes, the only option you really have is to cut them out. Or in other cases, putting distance between yourself and your family can be healthy for your relationship with them (this is more a general life thing). Point being the world is not so black and white, and there are a lot of nuances in any individual's relationship with their parents, that I think it's naive of you to be making such an absolute statement.
  18. When asked by a fan what kind of drama or movie character she'd like to try, she mentioned The Handmaiden.
  19. Yeah, I definitely noticed Jaejae's answer being very out there and non-descript. It's definitely worth noting in my opinion, it's not very hard for many female celebrities to list off actors when asked this question, or use safe picks such as Yoo Jae Suk. Regarding the heteronormative stuff... I mean, while I think of Heechul as being pretty open-minded, he'll be pushing 40 years old soon, so he's not exactly young either. If I want to be fair to him, he's probably being hounded about marriage himself, and so it's likely on his mind a lot. Jaejae herself would want to avoid controversy, because she was in hot water not even a year ago because she was accused of making a certain hand gesture at an awards ceremony lol...
  20. "So pretty..... Baby squirrel doing couple hats with meeee. I also made a friend.... Pretty, I want to do everything and give everything to herrr"
  21. She did, but it's entirely possible she said that simply because her saying that went viral. If you've seen the way she dances with some of her female dancers, especially during her American concerts, it's not hard at all to believe she actually meant it. Not to mention that one pretty famous Gashina stage she had where she used female dancers for the intro instead of the usual male ones.
  22. This is just me being pedantic, but Gahyeon is the one that said this, not Yoohyeon. Other receipts still stand and Yoohyeon is definitely a bit questionable at least.
  23. People post Wendy's receipts all the time whenever she offers them, there are even a few of them in the more recent pages of this thread. There just isn't as much discussion to be had because she makes it pretty obvious, so there's not much to really talk about. Irene, on the other hand, is a pretty closed off person and is much harder to read, and so there's more speculation (and by extension, arguing/debating) to be done.
