i don't know any of these people lives and i never will so i prefer to not speculate on whatever they are living a lie and just believe them when they say they are in a relationship/marriage and wish them happiness and i think you should do the same instead of throwing speculations and invalidating people's relationships based on 2d gifs you see on twitter.

I 100% agree with dissmissing things like rainbows or listening to lgbt artists unless it's pretty damning, for exemple i listened to frank ocean for a long ass time but i only knew recently that he was gay As for suga, i don't really follow bts but he is mentioned here a lot so i have a pretty good idea on him and i personally dont think he is queer essentially because last year i think?? someone posted him saying bluntly that his heart doesnt flutter for men and in this case i take his word for it over other admittingly pretty sus stuff he said because if we take in consideration his lyrics or his interview he wouldn't be the kind of gay to lie about things like that or mislead people to take him off his case rather than that he seems pretty honest and straightforward, he gives me that impression at least; someone who is like that's me without gimmecks or illusions take it or leave it; so i have a hard time imagining him saying that without meaning it

I've lurked in this thread for a long time but it has become pretty confusing lately; people getting excited over an idol wearing a rainbow stage outfit and making really wild and unlikely theories about beards and what not but going all lol bro being bros over those bts boy tonging each other ears (it got me pretty ???) Maybe that's why you guys are getting side tracked a lot (ex heechul) you put a lot of weight on really speculative stuff or rather project on idols that are seemingly very expressive without considering cultural differences that might come to play in this I would bet my right arm that a lot of idols that are written off as straight here because they are (rightfully) more reserved about sharing songs from their fav lgbt artist or lgbt book or movie, or are less likely to share pics a selca of them sleeping with their significant other on sns; are more likely to be gay than you think and I'm saying this from my own experience, see I'm in the closet and i have hard time imagining myself posting about lgbt media whereas my straight friends do that on the regular, add to that them being korean idols Now I'm not saying that there are not idols who on the contracry take advantage of korea heteronomativity to proclaim their gayness and go off the radar but the stakes are high and i have no doubt that most of them are expert are passing off as straight What I'm trying to say is it's better to make speculation about more substantial stuff, for exemple physical attraction, the body language of attraction is universal it can't lie.

being a solo stan is not a crime, as long as you don't hate on other members you should be allowed to spend your time, attention and money on whoever you want.
