  1. An "Apple" a day keeps the doctors away. Listen to science and listen to GFRIEND.
  2. "Change" is always risky because you never know what the outcome will be until the change is out there. The results are out and I think GFRIEND hit a home run with "Apple". I've said it and I'll say it again, "Apple" is the perfect song for GFRIEND. Props to management for giving the girls the opportunity to try different styles and concepts. And doing it their way.
  3. Unfortunately some of the groups I would like to see again are members who are no longer there or have passed away. SNSD (OT9) KARA f(x)
  4. I don't know. All I know is that I really like this song.
  5. I think this goes for genres outside of K-Pop too. Unless they're fans, most people won't make the effort to listen to songs outside of the top charts, radio, or clubs. I do that for artists or groups where I like a song but have no other interest in them. When it comes to K-Pop I screen the other non-title tracks in a release. I've found a lot of good songs and have sometimes become a fan that way.
  6. I really like the rhythmic twirl move at the "We O wow wow wow wow" part.
  7. I was literally the first one to vote. I voted for "Apple". Up to this point "Navillera" was my favorite GFRIEND title track. "Apple" has now taken the top spot. I can't say enough about this song, it is perfect for GFRIEND. They really outdid themselves in the MV too. Simply delicious.
  8. This isn't about politics. These people who are hosting and (knowingly) going to "covid-19" parties are what I call reckless, selfish, and irresponsible. Just recently a 30 year old who attended one of these parties died because he got infected in one of these parties. He told the nurse that he "think" he made a mistake. Noooo, he made a very stupid mistake that cost him his life. If these people don't care about themselves or value their lives that's one thing but the fact that they're out spreading the virus to other innocent people is just wrong. What if they infect someone and that person dies or horribly sick? Or what if that person was a family member of friend? These people are old enough and excuses don't cut it.
  9. That's what I would do without question. If it were a stranger or an acquaintance how would their staring make you feel? Being that this is your cousin, isn't that weird? You don't know why's he's staring at you, but you do know that it's making you feel very uncomfortable. It made you uncomfortable enough to post it here. So in my book, it's a problem. It could be something, but it could be nothing. Until you know the situation I'd get it off your chest and confide to someone as I stated earlier. This isn't something to bottle up and leave you stressed.
  10. All of MAMAMOO is crazy...But I wouldn't have it any other way.
  11. Maybe not sex per se, but very sexually suggestive. Stellar - Mask EXID - Up & Down Rainbow Blaxx - Cha Cha
  12. If not your parents, at least tell someone you're close with and trust.
  13. That is deliciously amazing! I bet they taste just as good as they look.
  14. 69 is a disgrace. He wanted to be hard. He bought his way into a gang and got to experience the benefits of being in a gang. Got caught up in some ill s**t. Instigated, promoted, and filmed illegal (and I might add very violent) activities. Gets caught. Broke all codes. Decided being gangsta is not for him. Rats out not only his crew but named dropped people who had nothing to do with his thing. After all is done, still didn't learn his lesson. Don't get into a life you can't handle. Don't front and be all gangsta when you have no blood for it. 69 brought all that hate on himself.
  15. I think "K-Pop" has to be defined before anything else. Is it a genre? Is it a sub-genre? Is it a style of other genres? Or is it a culture? For example, jazz is a genre. There are many styles of the genre like smooth jazz, contemporary jazz, acid jazz, jazz fusion, etc. You don't need to be a certain race or speak a specific language to make any styles of jazz. The components of these styles are what defines the type of jazz it is. Hip-Hop is different because while it is a genre of music, Hip-Hop in itself is a culture. How that came to be is another story. So going back to K-Pop, what are the rules and components needed to be considered "K-Pop"? Do you have to have Koreans in the group? If yes, then what percentage of Koreans do you need to qualify? What about solo artists who are not Korean? Are they disqualified by default? Is Korean language necessary to be K-Pop? If so, what percentage of the music needs to be sung in Korean? Do you need to take part in the "system", and do what they do, to be K-Pop? These questions and more need to be defined. Personally, I think K-Pop started off as a music style that was heavily influenced by other music genres. Throughout the years this style was refined and at some point became a music genre in itself. iTunes recognizes it as a genre having it's own category. One last thing, when 2nd generation K-Pop groups like BoA, SNSD, KARA, and T-ara promoted in Korea their music was called K-Pop. When they promoted in Japan their music was considered J-Pop. The only difference was the (primary) language the songs were sung in.
  16. Much too many to name... Kraftwerk - Tour De France (Kling Klang Analog Mix) Arthur Baker - Breakers Revenge (Extended Version) George Michael - Careless Whisper Chaka Khan - I Feel For You Bobby Brown - On Our Own
  17. K-Pop fans don't use PotPlayer (Korean or English version)?

Life is sometimes unexpectedly awkward. No worries! Sounds like you have a plan after giving it some thought. Things will be just fine.

You gave him your number so that he loses interest? So you have no interest in him, even in the slightest?

So what are you planning to do if he calls? Nice to have good genes.
  21. I've never once thought that Jennie was mixed. She looks Asian to me. Excuse my first response. I thought we were talking about Kristin.
