  1. Good list imo. I think Amber is bi after all, since that one MV came out where she made out with a guy, and her (jokingly?) tiktoks about men (and women), and she seemed to have a thing going on with that one guy (don't remember his name). What makes you think Rose might be queer, if I may ask?
  2. I don't know if she thinks byul is hot, but from the type of girl that Wheein seems to 'admire' or whatever (lmao) I think it's possible she may have a type for a bit more andro/masc girls? maybe it's just a style preference and she's straight after all, who knows, but she is at least consistent about it... but that clip is inchresting. byul loves annoying others (in a friendly way I mean) so maybe she was teasing her about it? lol I don't know. Wheein has dated several guys so I would count out lesbian, but for me when someone seems to have a type... that's a big indicator of... something. It makes me think of how Hani seems to have a thing for cutesy fem slightly-younger girls, for example. I don't know, it just makes me a bit But anyway Sunmi once again proving to be THE bisexual queen, god bless.
  3. holding onto this post during these trying times lol The 'call me king'/calling herself prince stuff though... I don't know why but that is just so gay somehow. Objectively it has nothing to do with sexuality but at the same time I just don't think that's the kind of thing a straight woman would say... ever? Like if I met a woman irl who called herself with male titles, even jokingly, I'd immediately go
  4. She's very comfortable with fanservice (which ironically might mean she's not gay) but also really affectionate and attentive with women in general, not just dc members. She compliments MCs and interviewers and the such a lot, I think. It might be just her personality, since she seems so extroverted and loving, but who knows.
  5. I think one should be careful in calling pics of male idols that show off their bodies and whatever... This is about that Wonho pic, and don't get me wrong I think he has enough tea for people to make an informed guess about which way(s) he may swing (lmao), but I think seeing provocative pics of men and immediately going "this is for men only, women don't want to see this kind of thing" is a bit... Maybe not sexist per se, but it seems to me like there are certain prevalent ideas about female sexuality that have very misogynistic roots but live on, both in Korea and many other places (sexism is a global issue, sadly). And I'm not accusing anyone of anything here, but I want to bring attention to the fact that nowadays and especially in boygroups and especially idols, there is an interest in appealing to a female audience, sexually or physically, that is rarely seen outside those contexts. It's not that women don't wanna see that kind of content while gay men do, it's that such content was not allowed to be created for women for the longest time. Don't know if I'm making sense.
  6. Solar is almost never talked about without throwing byul in the mix, so it's refreshing to see this take. I wonder if she would have pinged more, hadn't mb been around w her gay ass agenda. I also think 3/4 members being queer is unlikely lol, but your list is pretty solid imo.
  7. Why would she lie at this point though, especially "pretending" to be bi?
  8. The CA discussion is also so US-centric it's not even funny anymore. US citizens believe only their racial/ethnical issues matter, only their issues are happening worldwide, everyone else on planet earth should pay attention and be knowledgeable about their issues, while ignoring that xenophobia manifests wildly differently in other regions, countries, languages, and cultures, and they need to be addressed in particular by local activists who understand their complexity without translating everything into a US "poc/white" dichotomy so US people can understand it and give them their oh so valuable moral approval. Leave non-US citizens alone, if you care about social issues outside the states then listen to THEIR activists, listen to THEIR portesters, listen to THEIR worries, not what random yankee anons on twitter decide to get pissy about, smh.
  9. oneus: only Hwanwoong pings me ace: only Chan doesn't ping me
  10. There has always been a lot of gossip surrounding other idols like Taeyeon and Yuri, and it seems to me like in those cases it went beyond just wishing they'd be gay imo. Amber was widely considered queer by many klesbians back in the day too, I think.
  11. Dahee again https://mobile.twitter.com/moovivic/status/1326499734593261570 And more on sodam https://mobile.twitter.com/hwabyuI/status/1327734765215244289
  12. LE, Yubin, and Moonbyul the holy lesbian trinity.
  13. Not to rain on this parade, but didn't Sana have dating rumors a while back as well? Or am I mixing her up with someone else? Anyway I still think cy is bi because tbh.
  14. It's just rumors as far as I know but twitter is losing it about chaeyoung apparently dating her (male) tattoo artist
  15. I agree with all this. Although I think for ikon, BI is the one with most receipts, or at least the one who came up most in this thread iirc
  16. Exy pings me but I don't have receipts. I know she's kind of the "girl crush" of the group, but it doesn't feel forced. I just think she has that cool, ~rainbow~ vibe naturally. Edit: just remembered at isac last year she was enthusiastic about talking with moonbyul, which is not really a receipt but yknow lmao
  17. wonder if she'll ever achieve full Butch Lesbian Aesthetic and get a short cut like amber's
  18. Mmm. I mean, I think it needs to be pointed out that "marriage" and marriage-like institutions have never really relied on attraction to be put in place and used effectively. Historically, heterosexual unions of this kind have had mostly political and social functions (as well as bringing children to the family). I think in the west there exists this ideal of what a marriage is like that has existed for little over a century (or less in many cases) where people marry because they love each other, but the reality is that tons of people worldwide still get married for non ~romantic~ reasons, especially in places without the cultural baggage of the west (although it still happens in the west too). A marriage doesn't have to be arranged to not be based on love. Now I'm not saying this is necessarily a lavender marriage or anything, frankly I have no idea and just wish them both happiness with their choices. But given the historical background and cultural circumstances, I think it's not crazy at all for this conversation to recognize and understand that Koreans, especially celebs, might get married because of social reasons (social status, family ties, and yes, heteronormative expectations too, among other stuff).
  19. Irene compared Moonbyul to Wendy because she was being greasy lmao
  20. Doesn't seem to me like he's talking about gender identity first of all, like others have said this seems to be more in line with gender presentation, non-conformity and androgyny. Second, the assumption that he is and that he identifies as "non-binary" from reading these vague statements about his androgyny is such American-centric behaviour that I don't even know where to begin. "Non-binary" is pretty much an American (if not "English speaking") identifier, and even if it wasn't, you shouldn't force it onto others. Lastly... There's no reason to believe he is using they/them pronouns. Again with the lack of consideration for multiculturalism and non-english speakers. Not all non binary people use "they" pronouns, not all languages have gender neutral pronouns and most importantly: he hasn't said anything else about his pronouns or the way he wants to be referred as, so the considerate thing is to address him as usual until further notice.
  21. Mm. Idk tbh, being realistic probably not... Imo people who say Solar could be gay are usually shippers, and even if they aren't, she doesn't really have much receipts that don't revolve around moonbyul. Some people say Wheein, but idk. She does ping me, personally, but she doesn't have near the amount of tea that byul has, so.
  22. I have no bad feelings about "bisexual lesbians" as a concept personally, but I think it's kinda confusing. Wish we could just rescue the term febfem but sadly it's mostly used by radfems and people are wary of it.
