Juvie records in many parts of the world are usually tightly sealed, confidential and unknown to the public because they're exactly that "juvenile" - they were young, immature and not of legal age, hence they're given a 2nd chance when they pursue anything as they became adults especially when they change for the better. Thus the law is not letting these juvie records carry on for the rest of their lives. Otherwise, it would be highly unfair because they committed crimes when they were "stupid kids". So any potential future employers wouldn't know these. Only personal and close friends and family know.
