Personally I don't think he has taken steroids. It's possible to get his body like that without them and recently there was a video where some bodybuilders discussed about Wonho and they said he looks natural as have plenty of others. Obviously neither I nor anyone else can say for a fact he hasn't taken them because only Wonho himself knows that, but I don't know why you keep wording your opinion as if it's a fact.

Except he didn't bulk up in just a couple of years. I'm sick of people saying that. Sure he's gotten more recognition for his body over the past couple of years, but he's been gradually bulking up since No Mercy (2014) and he clearly worked out even before that too:

I know a lot of people didn't like them, but I actually enjoyed a lot of their videos and I feel like a lot of people are overly critical of them. I'm honestly pretty shocked because on the surface their relationship always seemed pretty solid. I guess their circumstances changed though. I wish them the best (although I'm side eyeing Simon for going on holiday to Hawaii during the pandemic).
