I think the top 28 will be mostly the same as it is now except for some of the lower ranked (<20) g trainees who didn't get aired this episode (Jinxin, Jingxiang, Hiroto, Takuto, Kuan Jui...) might get their spots taken by lower ranked trainees shown in this episode like the J's from Ggang, Wumuti, etc. All the k trainees in the top 28 rn were either shown positively this episode (Seunghwan, Jongwoo, Seungeon, Seowon) or were already in the safe top 13 range (Hui, P.Hanbin, Gunwook) so I think the current k group is safe.

I don't think so, I think the best reason for debuting Yuta in Tokyo would be to give him something to do while the korean 127 members start enlisting (next year or this year), which would mean 127 would be on hiatus. Doing a switch would just piss fans off and invite hate towards Sungchan and a lot of Yuta fans don't seem to want him in Tokyo under any circumstances. There's already a precedent for korean members in jpop groups with groups like &team and the produce japan groups so I think he'll just debut in Tokyo. The rumor rn is it'll be a reverse twice basically, with 9 members and Sungchan, Eunseok, Seunghan as the k-line so he won't be alone at least. He'll always have nct u for korean releases + tokyo will probably get special k-stages anyway.

For potential sub-fanbases would be anyone whose debuted before: Jiwoong, Hui, etc. Also 'controversial' trainees that I could see getting into the group but being ignored/disliked by groups of fans: Daeul (need I say it), Han Yujin (mainly on the international side because of age), Jay (ppl think he's cringe), Haruto (seen as a visual hole by knetz), Gunwook (attitude reasons as seen on this thread). For the record I don't personally have hatred in my heart for any of them (Haruto is one of my picks) but I've seen how survival show fandoms work so this would be my guess of who needs to watch out for hate comments.

I think he should have enough voters to make it to the second round at least since there isn't a cell system or anything and then he has a chance of being a dark horse like Sungwoon was. I don't think this round will be good for him though because he apparently has a sub-rapper position and the rumor is the team did poorly overall.

He literally got mad at people saying that misogyny was part of what happened to Sulli so he's definitely not any kind of feminist because it was an obvious factor to anyone who didn't willfully have their head in the sand. I think people just can't/don't want to comprehend the fact that an anti-feminist man can have a lot female friends. The main reason he got those friends was because he was able to talk to women somewhat normally (probably because he's close with his sister) and was funny, which was enough by the low standards of the k-industry for women to like him, not because he was aware of feminist theory or whatever. The majority of those women probably don't pay attention to social issues, don't actually hang out with him much off camera, or are anti-feminist themselves.

yeah like bts and exo haven't had a big gp hit for the past 2 years so they've been wringing their discographies dry to include them (meanwhile ignoring every svt song past their first 4 title tracks). I love love me right and early bts but why not give the third gen a break for a minute to appreciate the 4th gen + 2nd gen renaissance that's been happening? Would it kill them to give txt the bts spot or have dcm/atlantis by shinee instead of a 2015 exo song? And blackpink songs just don't translate to bigger groups in survival shows like 90% of the time. I'd rather see ebbs songs on the position evaluation where they can mix it up a bit at least.

tbh the idea of Eunwoo having a temper isn't a new one both him and Irene have a similar Aries 'calm on the surface but don't mess with me' vibe, and the Astro members have all agreed that he's the scariest in the group when angry. Having a temper isn't the worst thing imo as long as you have good morals behind it and Eunwoo seems to actually not like bullies as he got really pissed at Rain when he was pretending to bully trainees as a prank. So yeah I understand why other arohas were mad at the comment for implications of physical violence but for me it's just kind of cringe more than anything. His other comments are way worse.

I don't think drinking iced coffee in the winter is that odd, most of my college friends and I do it. I do think it's funny how koreans will put sugar on their garlic bread/spaghetti but drink the bitterest form of iced coffee like what's wrong with a mocha or vietnamese coffee?
