Not trying to defend him but being objective in this... yes, the use of that speech was wrong in many ways, but maybe he have a point, a specific reason to put it into the song. Yoongi is not a fool, neither Big Hit. Many artists have sampled or referred to Jim Jones in their songs, but now that is a BTS scandal, people overreact. I'm a person of color and have family close to the Jim Jones case btw. edit: I have reflected more on all this problem.
