omg THANK YOU YES! YOU GET EXACTLY WHAT IM TRYING TO SAY if only people could just GRASP THAT IDEA , that all is not lost would be just GREAT like hasn't anyone thought about the fact that it could have been much worse, like the plug being pulled entirely from Winner?? and the fact that it wasn't and that the boys worked hard on keeping the group?? BLESS PREACH YES this is the kind of mindset WE ALL should be having. Just how they are gonna show us how strong they are, we as fans need to show them we are strong as well. Negative thoughts from the fandom will rub off on to the group, i don't think people realize that. Which is why i am BEGGING the fandom when they come back to show full support and concern about THEM. New year, new energy and new spirit should happen. Winner will be new and we have to be here for them to show them that we still care for them as much as we did when they were 5.

I hope that happens and with time people would have completely moved on. If Exo fans were able to move on and support the remaining members, i think Winner fans should and are capable in doing so. I just don't think dragging this on forever does any good for anyone, the fandom and the members themselves. Like i said, they want to redeem themselves and show us a new color and i think people should support and talk about that when they come back and not bury all their efforts with comments regarding Taehyun because i just feel it's disrespectful to make it about him when the four members are showing us material they worked so hard on. Im not saying pretend Taehyun never existed but im saying is it's no good to KEEP MENTIONING HIM to the other members, and asking about him to the others when the others are trying so hard to leave that in the past and show us something new. All that energy invested in Taehyun's departure should be used to support Winner in the comeback. I understand it won't be the same but some comments that say that strongly instigate that it won't be the same as in they are gonna flop and they lost their everything and that they are screwed. THOSE are the comments i'm referring to, backhanded pity comments. One thing is being hurt and sad about the whole thing that has happened and the other is going off and thinking completely negatively and thinking things will go bad now that he's not in the group, and staying trapped in those kinds of worries and negative thoughts. And going off on the other members SNS.

RANT WARNING I have been lurking and reading around and some of the comments being made got me sick and tired people are commenting on sns and on the OTHER MEMBERS things like "there is such a HUGE hole now" "it's NOT GONNA BE THE SAME" "how will they survive without Taehyun" "how can they do it without their main everything" "Taehyun was the most important member, he wrote, produced, arranged and was main vocalist" "it's not gonna be the same" "who's gonna sing the notes Taehyun sang" I. GET. IT. People are upset Taehyun left, but it gives NO RIGHT to people to BELITTLE the other members by making it seem Taehyun was the EVERYTHING OF THE GROUP. When in reality he was ONE FIFTH of the group. Yes, he wrote and produced but SO DO MINO AND SEUNGYOON. Seungyoon was originally the main vocalist but got assigned the leader role so main vocalist was given to Taehyun. The whole idea people are getting that Taehyun was the backbone could be because his name appears often in the discography but do not forget that they ALL WRITE and put in something but at the end of the day it is YG that decides what songs make it to the final album and those have been Taehyun's. (PS: DID YA'LL FORGET YG TOLD SEUNGYOOON STO STOP WRITING??!! BUT GD HAD TO DO A DIVINE INTERVENTION AND ENCOURAGED YOONIE TO NOT STOP??) But it does not take away the fact that the others worked too. Winner is not like 2ne1 (no diss intended towards 21) that had a true backbone Teddy who wrote, produced, arranged and composed the songs for the girls. Winner is a SELF EFFICIENT group that is more than capable of handling its own material. Those types of comments make it seem like the others are completely screwed without Taehyun which is not the case. Even if Taehyun is gone they are still as capable and self efficient as before Mino and Seunyoon that's TWO FOURTH of the group are amazing lyricists and producers idk why people are acting like the group is screwed.Furthermore Seungyoon is a VERY POWERFUL vocalist, he hits notes not every idol can, his range is superb and he too can handle the notes. His voice and Jinwoo's are completely different which is why i think the vocal line will still be full of color and will survive just fine. Mino and Seunhyoon can handle it. I say MinYoon now becaue JinHoon still are not confident enough to call themselves songwriters but they are practicing so there's hope that ALL FOUR will be making their material. and one last thing CAN PEOPLE STOP HARASSING THE MEMBERS ON THEIR SNS, ASKING ABOUT TAEHYUN, ACCUSING THEM, BLAMING THEM FOR TAEHYUN'S DEPARTURE?? i myself have had to report some people on Instagram THAT IS LOW AND DISRESPECTFUL. Especially since they have moved on and are CURRENTLY WORKING to come back for us. Those types of comments like the ones above plus the harrassing CAN AND WILL HURT the other members, it will make them think people have no hopes for them now, and will make them think they are truly guilty for what has happened. DO NOT DO THAT TO THEM, THEY DON'T DESERVE THAT.

ummmmmmm what? I'm sorry but none of that correlates to what i was commenting, it has nothing to do with what i was saying. And in my opinion, sorry to say this but it sounds very biased. Because when it comes to popularity anyone can say that each member has its fair share of popularity in different ways. Mino was the first to reach 1M on IG and became a hot trend (remember his yoga blue suit? everyone was buying that etc)during SMTMess. His son Fear was all over the place for a long time. Seungyoon is almost at 1M and everyone remembers him as the Instinctively guy and Hoonie and Jinwoo also have their fair share of popularity for different reasons. What do you mean he already answered that? last time i checked, besides the letter he wrote he hasn't addressed the issue further. In fact, he even deleted the letter, so we don't even have that anymore. I agree on the part that Taehyun has always been a single minded person, he's always been on his own doing songs on his soundcloud, being reserved etc and i feel he truly feels better off as an indie artist or some sort and not as an idol. I also agree that he deff has shown that he has moved on. But i gotta say that they other members have moved on as well, if you recall their first OT4 update Mino captioned it "Daddy and his kids" and put a family emoji. Then they four did a Vapp together, it is their way of telling fans that they will be fine and they will continue. And my opinion, idk about you but all four looked JUST FINE in the Vapp, i didn't sense any worries or awkwardness, they were lively and well.

Since i been MIA for so long Idk what's been discussed or not on this thread but I will say this I am HIGHLY CONCERNED for the other members, although i havn't been much here, i have checked on them here and there on sns and I havn't seen much interactions among them , meaning the four members with Taehyun. I noticed that it's been going on for months, hell even from the WinnerCity page who just stopped updating on Taehyun. The first time it caught my attention was when Taehyun didn't go to the BigBang concert with the others. As ya'll can tell by my display im a BAP trash now and idk if any of you are into them but the leader Bang Yonguk was diagnosed with Depression and Panic Attacks and every since then all other 5 members have spoken out about publicly, showing support for him, also his brother and sister and brother in law (mind you mental health in Korea is seen as taboo and is highly judged, yet they still went public about it). The other members also still talk about Yonguk all the time, they keep him present. But am i crazy or what, I didn't see that with the other members, when YG made the announcement that Taehyun was having issues. I was waiting and hoping i'd hear from the other members like show support for him. There's been such a huge silent from the other 4 idk but i can't help but feel worried. Im not only referring to the idea of them not talking about Taehyun AFTER YG announced he needed to take a hiatus, i'm referring to the idea that the silence and lack of interaction since WAAAYY before all of this mess. I'm just </3 what the hell is going on?
