DIETS are dumb, lifting weights along with cardio and eating clean, helps lose fat and build muscle even faster, and you don't have to starve yourself or deprive yourself from not eating from a food group because "it has a lot of calories, or fat". DIETS...you lose the wieght with a diet true, but your body jiggles because its not firm nor toned.That "leg workout" Bom is doing , will not give you nice, toned, firm legs, LIFTING WEIGHTS AND SQUATING will.
