It's really annoying when int-netizens generalize korean fans with lots of stuff but here's one example. Everytime I see a group debuting a few japanese members, everyone goes "oh they must be serious on targeting the japanese market, they want more japanese fans...yada yada yada." Yes that's most likely true but beside the point. A lot of people act like all/most koreans are xenophobic and can't like japanese idols or appreciate them as people simply because they enjoy what they do or how they look. That is true for many, but there are tons of really chill korean fans that don't really care too much about where the person is from as long as they find them enjoyable, but lots of people seem to forget that. I don't think adding japanese members is simply "for the japanese market." A lot of groups do fine without it.

Does anyone know who are the most popular members in japan?

It was funny how most of them did something like this in their interviews. When they asked them "what do you like from someone of the opposite sex?", they either made it vague like Taeyong, diverted the question a bit, or spoke about it in the aspects of their fans. Except for Yuta lol, he was like, "I like it when she ties up her hair, also the voice is important, I kinda have a thing for voices." Okay dude TMI much haha

When all the other members were doing an analysis of his character, they all ranked him zero to nothing in those aspects. The only person who gave him a different ranking was Yuta, he was the only one who said Taeyong was a bit charismatic, manly, and romantic in real life. But even the staff were confused when he said that, so maybe yuta didn't know what he was talking about

Yea culture difference is definitely something that should be considered. Like in an earlier post of mine, I mentioned Mackenyu (japanese-american actor), and in one of his interviews of his co-star was talking about Mackenyu's relationship with him, saying that after filming each day Mackenyu would come back to his hotel room and they would take a bath together (in the same bathtub) eat dinner together, and then sleep together in the same bed. Thats cool, nothing wrong with enjoying a great friendship story with lots of fanservice on top (which can end up being pretty funny). Me and my sister actually wanted to watch it because the animation is really nice and we love friendship themes but there was too much fanservice for our taste lol.

This is not an idol, but does anyone know anything about the Japanese-American actor Makenyu? Lol every time he meets someone during a project he falls in love with them. First is was that Shohei dude, then Kento, and now that Takumi guy, and I'm sure there are many others. I couldn't find that many example pics of gifs

It's already pretty obvious that he has interest in girls, but what about him makes him seem bi? Like there's been dozens of times where he flirted with the other members, worn female clothes (not talking about stage outfits I mean normal everyday clothes), and he said he'd want to be reborn as a female while everyone else said male, but I'm not sure if these things actually mean hes bi. Also the whole Winwin thing doesn't count. He obviously really likes Winwin, but most likely doesn't have a crush on him. The only time I ever doubted that was when during the lets winwin vlive Taeil and Winwin revealed that Yuta like to call the female characters of the stuff hes watching by Winwins name,and he often makes Winwin repeat "cute japanese sentences" to him (at night) and gets really excited when he does so. Also Winwin and Taeil looked confused and said they didn't know why Yuta did that and Winwin even tried to get Yuta to explain, but Yuta was just laughing nervously and tried to change the subject. Honestly that story is a bit confusing

I wish people would keep that stuff in mind when discussing these topics. Most people forget that what seems gay to us is actually normal for them and doesn't mean anything. About Yuta: if I remember correctly he said before that in school he received chocolates from a girl on valentines day. He said he was really happy because it was actually from a girl he liked/had a crush on, and although he was nervous and really shy, he made sure to give her something back on white day. Judging from this story Yuta couldn't be a homosexual, but he could still be bisexual. But I'd like to know why you think hes gay

I always see people say that Taeyong has a crush on Jaehyun but I don't really see it but it could be true. But I'd more likely say he has a crush on Yuta lol. Taeyong is constantly (flirting?) with him. And one time an interviewer asked Taeyong which memeber he would marry and he said he doesn't want to marry any of them but if he had to choose it'd br Yuta. Also one time Yuta said that him and Taeyong are total opposites and Taeyong said shyly, "that's okay, they say opposites match." And in smrookies Yuta also exposed that Taeyong texted him at 2am to be safe and Taeyong got embarrassed .There's so many other moments they have though. Taeyong also has a nickname for Yuta: Yukkiri. Fans also once got a video of them two leaving a bar together. Taeyong is so cute here He emphasized on Yuta being accepting hmm.. What does anybody else think?

This is just my opinion but as of right now I actually think Yuta is the best dancer in 127. Taeyong is a really good dancer and I totally understand why everyone says he's the best. However me and my sister always notice that Yuta is an extremely good dancer and has so much control over his body and it's really enjoyable to watch him dance. His movements are really sharp and powerful but he can switch to slow in an instant. Taeyong on the other hand is very flashy in his movements and not as precise but thats a good thing because it seems like that whats they favor over there. I think my judgment is based on what I personally think makes a good dancer because nobody else thinks this.
