  1. I've got no idea what they're actually made from but Aussie Oreos are vegan (UK Oreo's aren't). Now go nuts!
  2. I saw Sapphire's original post and wondered if anyone from here would jump on it. I know nothing about Sapphire except that she/he's the biggest troll on OH and I hate to say but they've got a point. Australia treats aboriginal's horribly. Please take the time to read this article, I think your parents and their parents don't like to admit the horrors that were inflicted and the shame has caused them to act defensively and it's had an effect on the youth such as yourselves - http://www.guardian.co.uk/commentisfree/2013/apr/28/australia-boom-aboriginal-story-despair I would also like to know - snack packs or normal packs? Taku - You might already know this but in case you don't Oreo cookies are vegan so you can eat those to your hearts content
  3. Ooooh aren't you all busy with all those assignments and things. Go yous! So seriously, I thought this was a just a joke. What's up with his eyebrows? It sucks outside and I wasn't prepared for rain. Good thing I had 2 scarves with me today
  4. Thanks so much for posting this Magda, I was looking forward to it. I can't help but feel really sad about it now, all of his answers are so depressing, like he's living his life like a robot.    I really hope he can shake off the sombre feelings and get back to his old self (although more responsible)
  5. Evening Kiddos, what's happening, did you all learn lots at school today? P.s. Australians and Brits say fringe, not bangs - that's so cringy.
  6.     Awesome response, thank you!  :raep:   I've read a couple (Generation X, A Heartbreaking Work Of Staggering Genius) and enjoyed them both and I'm a big fan of the coming of age/finding out who you are type novel which many of them seem to be.    I read Gatsby years ago so it'd be interesting to see if I have the same opinion of The Sun Also Rises, I'll let you know after I read it.
  7. Thoughts on this list?   http://www.buzzfeed.com/doree/books-you-need-to-read-in-your-20s   I'm thinking about completing it and wanted to get some opinions?
  8. That's fucked up regardless of that kids age, she's known him since he was small. I thought age of consent was 16, too? Oh and Newtown is full of hipsters but I'd take hipsters over bogans, posh bitches and quiet leafy family suburbs any day!
  9. Newtown, Sydney. People are more spread out than expected.
  10. Same. It's advertised like a healthy alternative to gelato or ice cream except it's FULL of sugar. Newtown's full of froyo places. Yep, I was told the name Burger King was already being used in Oz so they had to use a different name.
  11. It's a great job and I love the work, the people and the company so I'm super lucky. I sit here reading all the posts by you young folk and you're all whinging about school and uni and I just laugh. I'd like to tell you if you work hard you'll get that nice job in the city but that's actually bullshit. I messed around in school and didn't go to uni but I have a better job than most of my friends who did uni (good ones too!). Just be an awesome person and you'll win at life. 26. Too old to be here? And yeah I remember Nat being on the Friday whip around on the 7 PM project and I didn't think she did badly but tbh she was only screen for 15 seconds.
  12. Or more accurately, is anyone not a fan? I posted this somewhere else tonight but its such a worthy story I'll re-tell it here. I thought I saw Nat in a pub in Sydney once..... It wasn't her. The end.
  13. Urgh! Way to make me feel like the oldest person on OH :( I'm an IT project manager for a small Aussie company based in circular quay. Sydney's cool, I came here with someone but it didn't work out so my experience dramatically changed a year ago but I think that's made me love it even more. Being so far from family sucks balls but that's why Skype was invented.
  14. So I'm English but I live in Sydney (3 years now), so I count right? Yeah I count. Am I the only person here with a full time job?
  15. I'm loving reading this. It's super interesting to find out you didn't all rock up on the thread and were comfortable from the beginning. I'm having SO many feels about being a newbie and I'm struggling to keep track of you all and learn your ways but I'm sure ill get it with time and ill feel comfortable enough to show you my personality in time.
  16. I second this, it would make life simpler
  17. I've been single for the past year but before that I was living with my ex for almost 4 years and someone before him for 2 1/2 years so I'm enjoying doing my own thing for now   :ahmagah:   :stud:  :hoplz:
  18. Ummm yeah I don't get it, why is dressed like a gay hairdresser? I can take most of this stuff with a pinch of salt but they've convincingly dressed him like he's about to start cutting some 50 yo rich woman's hair. At least he ditched the scarf in the last pic. He's still a babe.
  19. Dayam Fari! I've been staring at your Donghae sig for the past hour and it's still not boring Yep, I'm definitely getting me one of these or making it myself. I'll have to let my housemate know that my new "boyfriend" is moving in hehehe Henry's warewolf is by far the best, it's got the same cheeky grin and everything!
