Dude I watched Death Parade. That one was really awesome. Hope they come back with season 2. Terror in Resonance is one recommended by Gigguk as well. He's a anime youtuber. I trust his taste. Don't really know the other ones. I'll look those up later.

I'm usually into the ones that are either: Serious, plot-heavy, lots of twist and turns i.e. Code Geass, Monster, Death Note. Sentimental, beautiful, and thought provoking i.e. Your Lie in April or A Silent Voice. Well I'm just talking about a larger proportion of team A members are getting more screentime compared to that of all other teams. Each member of A has received at least a decent amount of screentime. I'm not saying those two have a ton of screentime.

I mean those two weren't shown as much as other Team A members but they still had considerable screen time and sympathy edits compared to others. Like Byounggon got screentime showing how he wanted to be chosen and wanted to join other Team A members in the Treasure team. Also Doyoung got screentime showing his dancing. That's more than most other trainees tbh. Like Mahiro didn't even get any screentime/or story line and he was then eliminated.

You've exactly hit the nail on the head. It's really frustrating that he's probably using the struggles of other trainees and their tears to draw in more attention for this show/potential group and not even giving them a fair chance to debut. It's just quite unfair. The extra Team A screentime gives people more opportunities to fall in love with Team A which is exactly what YG wants. So when the team turns out to be pretty much all Team A, the viewers will think it's their decision, but in actuality it's YG and the production team pulling the strings.

I feel like companies nowadays are making big groups when it doesn't necessarily need to be big. I feel like big groups only work out if every member looks somewhat unique and at least adds something that each other member doesn't already add. To me that's why groups like SJ, SNSD, Seventeen, Twice work out. Like I get that people don't want to lose any talented members but I feel that making the group more condensed can make a more solid group. Some groups that I feel this way about are WJSN, Gugudan, and Weki Meki.
