  1. Is there a lack of job opportunities in Asia compared to the U.S? South Korea and Japan have some of the highest suicide rates in the world, and after some brief research it has mostly to do with academic pressure. My questions are: 1. What happens if a South Korean or a Japanese student does not excel in their academics? What are their future career outlooks? 2. Can you work your way up from a smaller company to a bigger one? In the U.S, if I don't do so well in school, there are other options like community college to bounce back. GPA is important to get into prestigious companies, but I can also work my way up from a smaller company if I graduated with a low GPA. For most people and like myself, I don't really care about GPA and I just want to graduate. There are job opportunities with just a bachelors with some work experience for entry-level positions.
  2. I was able to get a fair amount of work experience related to my major through being a contractor. My major is accounting and employers seemed to be more focused on their candidates having a solid work history, strong verbal/written communication skills, and leadership qualities than technical skills. My work experience consist of customer service and office-related roles. Of course there are GPA cutoff for many of the accounting firms, but I have seen people get over this by having work experience and networking.
  3. How is the LoL Esport doing? Is it being overtaken by the Overwatch League?
  4. I listen to those NCIS soundtracks. Warsong is good too.
  5. World of Warcraft and some niche games on various emulators.
