To be fair though we can never really know how people will react because each coupling is different... In terms of Yoona the fact that it was Seungi who is loved by a lot of people helps as well as the fact he's practically said he's in love with her on tv with all his prior confessions and the fact he isn't an idol. Sooyoung was received well by mostly everyone except her bf got backlash for lying about the relationship, it also helps that they move in the same circle, attend the same church and that he isn't a fellow idol. Tiffany and Nickhun have been rumoured for awhile now so I guess everyone has had time to get used to it even though some fans of both sides are struggling to accept it because its the life of idol fans. Now depending on who they date, what past rumours they have etc all of it is 50:50 SM are gabbling and its not all rainbows and butterflies... its kinda really reckless but i guess they have a game plan... all i know is that this latest pair isn't as well received as the first two which is scaring me because it seems the media is out for blood and SM isn't doing their job properly to shield the girls or protect their reputation

It isn't really anything serious, the person just took the hiatus out of context. One fan site is taking a break for 1 month and the other has to take a break because they got injured. Going on hiatus doesn't mean jack about if they're suddenly leaving taeyeon etc. Fansite masters have lives too.
