i've been waiting~~

infinite is the best on weekly idol. 

 

you can really see how much they've grown when it comes to variety since debut. especially when you compare them with any other group who shows up on weekly idol.

it looks like i can no longer gaze accidentally over at the freshman i have a crush on and have my jaw drop anymore.

 

finals are done, and most non-seniors are gone or leaving asap. i have my graduation coming up pretty soon, so i'm still on campus. it's kinda sad, isn't it~

an unrequited crush on an absolutely beautiful individual (who had a pretty fair chance at being gay, and if not was gay-friendly). especially because if i had even just ONE MORE semester here, i would have driven myself to attempt to hang out with him even if it was just to challenge him in smash bros one last time. 

 

 

Funny how one of the girls he chose is his friend and that Boa and Nana seem to be quite open minded when it comes to gay people.

i was so confused on wtf it said,

then i did some searching and it turns out "우결" is an abbreviation for the korean title, "우리 결혼했어요"

oot has a bunch of fan favorites, but alttp tracks are like the BASIS for other games (overworld, dark world, hyrule castle, zelda's lullaby, etc)

so i started replaying a bunch of zelda games since i downloaded link's awakening for my 3DS a few weeks ago. currently i'm working on (and almost done with) ocarina of time which i'm borrowing from my friend on 3ds. then i want to play through minish cap, phantom hourglass, spirit tracks, and oracle of ages/seasons (when they come out on eshop).

 

unfortunately i can't replay a bunch of other zelda games because my wii is out of commission and i missed the four swords anniversary edition for 3ds as well... and there are also other games i don't feel like every replaying (the first two zelda games *cough*).

anyway, as things are, i just beat the water temple in ocarina of time today and i've been doing a lot of fishing~~ it took me a while, but i got the piece of heart as young link and the golden scale as adult link! then i decided to go out on a limb and see if i could catch the hyrule loach (never caught it before in ocarina of time, only in twilight princess). eventually, i figured it out! once you learn the loach's secrets, it's actually not a hard catch!

so i caught it as an adult and then as a child (though in the original ocarina of time only adult link can find the loach, in the 3DS version there are actually TWO loaches at once -- i caught both <3)

i'm feeling so boss right about now...

as for best artstyles, my favorites are definitely wind waker and skyward sword. wind waker went way out there and it's beautiful! even though it's an old game now, it STILL surprises me how gorgeous it is (particularly freshwater and light/fire).

skyward sword was AMAZING. even when sometimes i forget about how great it looked, i watch a video and just melt into it. vibrant and elegant and full of character.

minish cap was also great and is worthy of attention (but so often forgotten!). there was a LOT of work into the sprites that animate this game. play it again and you will see how incredibly smooth and detailed animations are.

I don't think Sungjong is that close to Sunggyu and possibly Woohyun too.

actually, sungjong mentioned during the chaser era (i think it was the chaser) on weekly idol that woohyun is one of the ones he is "easiest" with. 

 

also recently woohyun has been mildly huggy of sungjong on some shows.

THIS SHIT IS GOOD; i've been playing with some friends on another friend's system every few weeks (unfortunately it's hard to get times everyone is free to play)

 

 

i'm really depressed lately because i have no way to play smash bros, a series which used to be like breathing to me :x

it's been months since i've been able to really play it... 

 

my wii broke so i didn't even bother bringing it with me this semester (in fact, i even passed it on to my sister who is going to send it in to get it repaired then take it with her back to her home across the country). i thought my other friends would provide opportunities, but NO I AM SAD. at least i still have my wii games and controllers, though, despite having no system for them...

 

i guess i need to buy a wii u asap. :l
