  7. this guy is a bit idolly, but i don't really care and the song is good and he is so handsome
  8. i was an extremely polite and careful kid back in high school. this was at least a year before i started getting bitchy. has actually never been bitchy irl
  9. i had a "girlfriend" for like two weeks. even though we went to the same high school, we never even really hung out together or went on a date, actually. just chatted on AIM, lol. i wasn't trying to lie to myself, though. i knew i was interested in men and it was mostly out of politeness to her because i felt bad saying no.
  10. davey kept interrupting her and i wanted to hear what she had to say D: anyway, i see where i need to send all my crushes so that i don't have to go through the initial "are they even gay?" step
  11. /anyway, mythie, what is it that turns you off to gays? is it that there's often either too much inhibition or too little? is it that in a society where LGBT issues is a major topic being gay takes over too much of one's identity? are gays around you too promiscuous?
  12. D: you're right!! i need FRESHLY SLICED jalapeños

  13. so they say. i don't think we ever saw her :v. okok, maybe he is actually engaged/married to a woman. doesn't make him less awesome and cute. <3
  14. made myself a sandwich. went out and bought some pepperjack cheese to make it extra special -- big day, after all. you know how it is ;)

  15. it took me 400 days and 400 nights on the highest point of the highest mountain, through storm and drought and freezing rain.

  16. thanks, i composed it myself.

  17. ^ they are both amazing!!! i am a bigger fan of hyo, though <3 by far. so i'm more proud of her XD also... .......... hyo's dance partner was so adorable and sexy. and i got the feeling he was gay and in a loving monogamous relationship <3.
  18. even if the general populace is ok with gay people, that doesn't mean we are all completely comfortable and out all over. it's still a scary thing for many people even growing up in accepting areas. i knew of several out people with lots of friends, and i never heard my parents say anything negative about LGBT people (and i think we had even watched will and grace as a family before). but i was still scared... i guess mostly of myself, though, because i didn't want to be gay at the time. now i'm like, hell yeah guys are the best
  19. i loved it~~ i tend to forget it because it's not really a "coming out" type movie and the fact that it's "gay" is less important to the story (even though everything he does is for the sake of being in love with a man, lol) i was really surprised when one of my cousins and his girlfriend recommended it to another family member one day (they saw it because king's speech was sold out). i'm from texas, and though my family is pretty liberal for the most part, i didn't really know at the time how they felt about homosexuality.
  20. the numbers are pretty variant on region and age, if i remember correctly. it's like 3.5% identify as LGBT in older agegroups, but like 6.5% in teens/twenties agegroups. it's nearly double.^^ shows you how not reliable people are about their own sexuality. (these aren't the exact numbers because idk where the link is) the classic 10%-15% numbers were actually falsified for the sake of increasing visibility of LGBT as a valid minority. it's weird, though... if it's really around 5% of all people being LGBT, i run into a LOT of LGBT people by chance despite never taking part in the gay community.
  21. the extent of my lesbian movies is a taiwanese short film that was amazing!! i should watch more because good lesbian films are beautiful <3
