Bangtan doesn't need to tour the whole continent of Europe. A date or two in countries like Germany or France in a big arena would do. Most europeans have easy access to cheap flights so opting for the more central countries seems to be the more logical thing to do. South Koreans don't need visa to come to Europe for a short time, but they do need it as performing artists, just like they needed to every country they went on tour (US, Brazil, Chile, etc) so I really don't get why are people mentioning visas... The rule is the same for every country. The problem is most likely the organizers like it's been talked many times in the thread and maybe even BH. They were surprised by the demand in the US and South America so they probably still think BTS wouldn't be able to sell an arena in Europe lol. Anyway, I still have hopes for them to come here one day, especially if europeans start to be more organised and united and make BH understand that they do have lots of fans here. Edit: Forgot to add that many artists do tour many european countries, like, for instance, US artists. What makes artists from the US legally different from South Korean artists when the same visa rules apply? It's also important to mention that UK rules are different from most european countries. I'm just adding this because someone mentioned that non-white people have a hard time performing in Europe and I was like what?! I've seen bands from Israel, Chile and other non-white countries and they were small bands, doom metal bands, so like, very niche. If the process to perform here was indeed so difficult, they wouldn't do it.

I've entered a store in Brussels which had kpop albums and the price was a bit more expensive than other albums but nothing out of ordinary. The most expensive things are the dvd's. For instance, I saw BTS' dvds on sale in Düsseldorf and they were as expensive as me buying them from Korea. But not everyone can buy stuff online so to have those stores around is definitely a good thing. I hope more open around Europe.

I don't understand what you all mean by gaon and hanteo counting the repackage and album together on their lists. For instance, at the year end album list Ex*o's exact and lotto were listed separately. Maybe what you all mean is the report that Gaon sends once a group hits 1 million. I think that's when we will all know if this album is going to be counted as a repack or not. PS: Don't like to mention other groups here but there's literally no other group to compare these kinds of sales.

Why would the metal community care about a song from 1994 by a Korean Group being covered by another Korean group? And this style of metal(if even is ok to consider this metal - I personally don't see it as metal) was and is the most mainstream so again, why would anyone care about it being covered. The covers that usually get more criticism if not well done aren't from mainstream metal bands cause that's where all the purists are. I'm sure BTS is going to do a good job, don't worry kids That statement about the metal community makes me side eye you but ok.

Yeah guys, Armys just did that. BST was the only song played fully on the radio, the others were played while they talked a bit about kpop in general or the group that was being played. They were seriously impressed about the fact that the hashtag on twitter trended worldwide and said that because of the success they'll surely do another kpop segment. To people from Europe who are afraid of going to concerts in other countries alone, don't worry, that's why this thread and the Line chats exist. I think it would be cool if people from here could meet when BTS comes to Europe (cause they got to). I for one don't mind travelling anywhere in Western Europe (don't have a lot of flying options to EE) and if they do more than one country I wouldn't mind watching them twice cause I know this will probably be my last chance seeing them live cause I have a lot of things planned for the future and I'll probably be too busy. Yeah, don't have a lot more to say other than today's performance was cool, the rain adds always something extra to performances

Gaon counts shipments, not sales. A store buys a lot more than what they sell at first so they can keep some of it in stock in hopes of selling them later. November's gaon numbers are only going to change a lot if the demand is still high otherwise the numbers won't be much more than the ones we already have. Tbh I don't expect more than 700k for the months of October and November but let's hope they surprise me
