Different strokes for different folks. It was decent rating and an honest, tastefully written review. I disagree with some parts, but I’d rather have a thorough critique like this than one that is insincere. It will be interesting the direction BTS takes with this series

this was fun. from army complaining even though they broke a record to blinks forgetting their SEA fans and truly believing they have lots of casual US listeners because of "longevity." Fighting! I believe in yall

I also think it's because both groups have different goals when it comes to views. Both are amazing at what they do honestly. It would be nice to see views continue to rise after 24 hours but after the initial impact, I don't think army focus that much and instead direct their attention to the other media bighit produces.

Still impressive. People see success from different view points and one is not better than the other. Lets just celebrate how big kpop is growing.

I am referring to retroactively deleting views after the 24 hours mark. Youtube said they do not delete views and instead slow/freeze the views in order accurately count them. It stands to say then that the views shown at the 24 he mark are already accounted for and would therefore not be retroactively deleted. Also, I was referring to this thread in general. but if the shoe fits...my whole point is the need for discourse. If people don't have the patience to discuss matters like this and instead resort to consistent belittling, then perhaps they need to realize they are part of the problem.

I'm gonna have to echo this. This holier than thou attitude and inability to simply discuss matters without belittling others and their opinions needs to go. If you want to bash a fandom, there another thread for that. This mess has been going on for far too long and both sides contributed to it. There are no victims here. Just get to a damn solution. From an impartial viewer, having multiple different sources from which to pull view counts is inconsistent and time wasting. It's a great way to muddle water. Going with the initial youtube views is just simpler. Youtube said themselves that they don't delete views after the fact. If they don't, they don't regardless of outside accounts stating otherwise. You can't get more official than that.

This thread has gotten toxic. It wasn't like this before, even when Twice and BTS were going back and forth with being #1. Can we close this case already? Doesn't matter who started it. Both sides are biased and contributing to the mess now. fyi, a lot of the ppl instigating this are trolls. Why respond to them?

I like Ikon, but Love Scenario is bland and b-side worthy at best. Exo is a top group, but their achievements this year are minuscule compared to what others have accomplished. That doesn't take away from their success of course, but exols do the most at making mountains out of molehills just to keep pace with competition. Wish we could just celebrate Exo without feeling like they need to be the best at everything. BTS' Love Yourself series is probably my least favorite. The genre isn't my taste, but I'm still anticipating their comeback.
