In any case, I hope after IZ*ONE contract ends that Sakura can get a good Korean small agency that pushes her a lot for CFs and variety in Korea. She made so much buzz when Nekkoya came out and even now trends a lot yet OTR does nothing. Then in Japan she can continue in HKT while working on other things like acting (since that's her dream) and more variety and commercials

I disagree. LVER only had to face Twice (Exo released too but they aren't a general public act anymore), right? Meanwhile this comeback there's the BIGGEST idol groups (Blackpink, BTS, Twice) that the general public and world likes releasing. I agree though the group is probably losing hype and releasing LVER 2.0 didn't help that. OTR should go full on cute and catchy with vibrant colors next comeback IMO. Too many girl groups are doing girl crush and elegant IMO and even Twice darkened their image! The Gee / Cheer Up / Very Very Very spot is open!

Yeah, I'd chalk up the lower fancam views in general just to people not liking Violeta as much as LVER overall. Every girl's views are lower than with their LVER fancams. I think simply there was too much competition (so being overshadowed) and people didn't want LVER 2.0 (even though it's a bop) is the cause of this

They just need to give her long hair and push her... even Nako just got a really well liked Instagram picture (300k+ likes which only Sakura usually gets the most frequently out of all members) because of her long hair in the picture, WY got 400k liked (I think the most) with her long hair in the picture. And we've seen how well a good hairstyle can be. Look at Minju jumping up in popularity with her bangs. And Yujin #2 IZ*ONE member in brand ranking for April because OTR pushes her a lot. Imagine if Sakura got pushed a lot too + with good hair. But Sakura is still the most popular overall (everywhere overall, not just Korea) yeah no need to worry

I agree. Her fans are just a little spent after spending so much on her birthday AND HEART*IZ that it's understandable. But her Chinese and Korean base are still huge

Awww, this was a good opportunity for her to get her name out there a little more and make connections. Plus she had fun! And at least now she'll have more time to focus on the tour, Japanese comeback, and maybe even have more time to do something else solo like CF or new show!

I just wanted to say I think it's CRAZY they were the only gg able to top Melon since their last comeback, and in the middle of two heavy-hitters coming back around the same time as them!!! I think it just goes to show that they really are the one true top in physicals, digitals, fandom, and public notoriety. Kinda crazy how when LOA didn't smash initially (it later did) people were making fun of them but now look where they are. The girls should feel proud and so should you Onces. Song is a bop
