More 97-liner JunChan moments... https://twitter.com/AllDayJUN/status/964144302426243073 Wow he really cried that badly huh... Chan even had to hold to support him.

I know this is unrelated, but to lighten the mood - and also because I find this picture absolutely gorgeous - ... https://twitter.com/selenite_jun/status/963250025668030464 Unit B family! This is actually Unit B's reaction when Laboum ZN (Jun's labelmate noona) was announced as 8th place. I just love how supportive they are of each other :D

I totally feel you on Jun. Oftentimes it just feels like Jun is fighting alone. His company really isn't doing much to support him and the other members are too busy with their own activities. Good thing Jun is very good at making connections so he wasn't lonely on The Unit where most people came with their group members. I totally get that he is ridiculously loyal to U-Kiss, but at some point I feel he might have to make a decision for himself if the group situation doesn't improve. He should probably think of himself more... Boy is too selfless for his own good but that's my opinion.

For Seyong probably it's due to returning watchers voting for those they remember from the start. He also seems to be a dancer's pick in general, but people probably prefer Feeldog and Euijin. Imo he seemed to have a good chance in 1 pick, but I guess the live voting may have affected him a lot.

Yeah, I know they tried to push the main vocals towards the end... I thought of the possibility that they might actually rig the votes to allow at least one of them in, but I guess not *shrugs*

I just looked at the Top 9 boys according to their self-producing mission categories, and all I can conclude is that K-fans HATE standing still lol... I mean think about it... out of the Top 9 none of MID and UR made it. Majority of Stay and TWIL members make up the group. For Rap and Vocal, Marco and Chan from Bermuda Triangle made it, and their performance had some dancing in it. Only Jun managed to survive from Butterfly team by standing still. (and I'm sure only he survived because people like him and they know that he can dance too) Conclusion: Movement is important lmao

Fair enough, I see your point. We still won't know for sure what happened with the rankings (unless again, KBS releases the TMON and SMS votes, then we can see the pattern of 1-pick VS live-pick). P.S.: Even if the effect was minimal, I STILL didn't like the way they edited the episode. C'mon, it's the last episode before the final, at least present everybody in a good light. -_-

Still not sure it didn't affect them... It most probably didn't affect people like Jun who has a strong enough fanbase, but I certainly saw a lot of comments about Seyong's personality after the episode. I also saw quite a number of comments on how they preferred Beagle team simply due to their vibe. In the end, we won't really know if it significantly affected them or not, but I would say there was at least SOME effect. It would be really interesting if KBS shows us the vote count from TMON and SMS separately... it would be fun to analyse.

Oh, believe me... Jun will continue to rise from here. Realistically speaking, in my opinion the ones in the current lineup who will most likely continue to do very well after the Unit promotions are ACE Chan (considering their other members making it in M9 and their increasing popularity as a group) and U-Kiss Jun. Jun will definitely taste fame, really not sure about his group U-Kiss though... it will totally depend on how their company manages them, and imo they should really give Jun more spotlight if they want to increase their chances of success. Whatever happens tho, Jun will always have many alternate pathways because he is so multitalented. He can be a solo performer, an actor, a model... whatever he chooses, so things are looking good for him.

Oh hey! High five! :D Yeah... Jun, Chan and Kijoong are definitely going to be the ones to carry the vocals of the group. But we should look on the bright side... looking at how both Jun and Chan practically vocally hard-carried All Day, I'd say the final group should do fine. Most people who only saw them perform in the Unit might not think they are 'good' enough singers, but that's because they haven't shown the full extent of their skills on the show. Fact is, they are a lot better than many people think :D

It's kinda late but my thoughts about DWTD and Drag Me: Am I the only one thinking DWTD team was done dirty? They were edited pretty badly in the episode before the finals (especially Seyong, poor boy!). I mean, I'm pretty sure Drag Me team are hyper and DWTD team are more reserved, but I can't help but feel that their respectively characteristics were overly exaggerated. The conflict within the Blue team just seemed so forced and 'unnatural'... I don't know how to describe it, it just seemed like the editors created drama where there really was none. I also felt that DWTD team as a whole had a really solid lineup. They had everything in adequate numbers - vocals, rappers, dancers, visuals. Sad that the team got decimated, leaving only 2 survivors. Still think that the bad editing played a huge part in this... and still feel really bad for Seyong, who had been slowly recovering from his earlier bad rep only to be pushed down at the last moment.

Hi everyone! I've been following this thread silently for a while now... I'm kinda new here so I'd like to share my personal thoughts about the final lineup (Unit B) Honestly, I can't say I'm truly happy with the number of rookies/trainees in the group. Don't get me wrong, I DO like some of them, and I do believe that Chan, Kijoong, Marco and Hansol are very talented in their own ways that appealed to people enough to vote them into the Top 9. I just really wished KBS made it clear from the start, like specify a month/year where idols debuting before that time are eligible to participate. That would've prevented the controversy that is now surrounding the group. I even have one rookie that I was really supporting (Hangyul) but I would've still allowed other veterans into the Top 9 over him (as saddening as it is). Regardless, what has happened already happened so there's no point raising a ruckus over it. I can totally understand people still being salty over it, but it will die down with time hopefully. As for the final lineup, at the moment I'm pretty indifferent to most of them - I do really stan Jun though, and support Feeldog and Euijin. (P.S: Any Jun stans are welcome to fangirl with me, as I kind noticed there aren't many of them here or they're not so vocal about it.)
