90s had the best RnB. If k-pop is doing the soul, RnB stuff I might listen but the problem is. Almost all the RnB folks could sing. 90s gave us the best vocals. Even groups like En Vogue, Boyz 2 Men could sing. I have been on quite a 90s for a good year.

I wonder what it's like having the perfect voice. Sweet highs, beautiful lows, a little rasp. UNF. If I had his voice, I'd sing myself to sleep. Unique yet not annoying.

What every chinese fantasy (wuxia/xianxia) novel is like: I am seriously not generalizing, every single xianxia novel is like this, every single one. My favorite one deviates a little but still has this tropes. -The male protagonist (who is always a hidden genius but starts out lowly and is treated like shit) will have incredible luck and when you think he cannot get anymore lucky, oh noes, he will break records. What's that, you think he can't get any more powerful, no ma'am, he will literally get eyerollingly ridiculous. He will also massacre everyone who treated him like trash (this bit we don't mind.) -There is no such thing as an ugly female. All females are heaven defying beauties and incase you forget it, the novel with make a point of reminding you everytime they make an appearance. Seriously, every fucking time. If we dissected how much of a novel was just descriptions of female beauty, I think we'd easily have thirty pages. Also, these beauties often have a slew of ignorant and arrogant male admirers who get jealous of the beauty talking to the male protagonist and must in cliche fashion attack the male protagonist because the beauty likes him. This always gives me culture shock because it is so nonsensical, I just can't... Yet, I cannot name one novel without it. - Everything the male protagonist does is heaven defying, every great beauty is heaven defying, every rare item is heaven defying, every peak level which is never the true peak level is heaven defyingly difficult. -Every great beauty will have some feature compared to jade. Skin as smooth as jade, eyes as clear as jade. Jade is just a very pervasive comparison in EVERY novel. I get it, it's cultural, but seriously every novel. You can already predict the female's description before meeting her. If her skin is not fair, eyes pure or clear, skin as smooth as jade and ink black hair and elegant movements that make people stop breathing, then I might cut off my arm. - Everything the male protagnist does or every rare item he finds if not heaven defying is a feat as rare as phoenix feathers and quilin horns Plot progressions = MC is weak, MC is bullied, MC advances, MC beats rivals along with his bully gang, MC steals girl's heart and MC is in a new area, MC is weak, MC is bullied, MC advances, MC beats new rival along with bully gang, if this is a harem, MC add beauty to harem. If this is not a harem, MC has a girl fall for him.

Damn Hugh MASEKELA passed away. I mean I knew it was coming as he has lived a long life but I feel like a little bit of African Jazz died today. Like when I think of African Jazz it is Hugh MASEKELA and Fêla Kuti that come to mind.

I don’t know if he can be called a feminist but even as a female, she sent a lot of mixed signals. It seemed like she was star struck with him but reality betrayed her expectations when all he wanted from her was sex. Objectively speaking, he sounded like a sleaze and she did not have a good time and wasn’t into him like she thought he would be. Instead of calling him out on sexual assault, she could have aired this as Aziz the sleaze.

Honestly, no one can deny he was gross, but gross does not equal sexual harassment and half the time she mentions being uncomfortable yet also going with it. I was ready to whip out the pitch folk until reading the story. One, he has 0 power over her. They are both adults with zero relation to each other. If she made a choice to follow him home and he was all over her in spite of her saying NO, I would be carrying the torch right now. What annoys me though is that this makes it seem like women can't say No. To a stranger of all people. Perhaps she holds him in reverence, but I have so far in my adult life had no problems telling strangers I will not sleep with them and I find it incredibly hard to believe that many of us women haven't. Plus many of us should have had incredible practice saying no considering how many jehovah witnesses knock on our door.

I feel bad for Aziz Ansari. Like you went to his apartment had oral sex and felt uncomfortable but didn’t say anything and expected him to think “This lady has followed me home, we’ve had decent conversation and had oral sex that means she is uncomfortable with me...†She eventually voices her discomfort and he calls her a cab and and apologized the next day when she told him she was uncomfortable. OMG, two years ago I had the exact job, however I wasn't senior, but you must have a heart of steal. That job motivated me like a bitch to get the hell FUCK out of there. Did it for six months because that was the most my sanity would allow. Also sending resumes like crazy when I wasn't working was another thing I did. The stars aligned, I got the job that I have now just when I was set on packing my bags and moving up to the North East to hustle where there are opportunities.

On a strange note, people on IMDB gave it a 7.7. I am normally on board with the ratings on that site, but that movie really good.
