^^That was me ending the convo about Yoonjo. I don't know Hello Venus. I only know what I've seen from The Unit. She botched her audition and among all the other great singers on The Unit, she didn't stand out to me even once. But like I've said, maybe she can prove me wrong in the future.

Yeah, this whole convo started when I said I felt like the most recent episode didn't do much to change my opinion of Yoonjo since the final round. It would be nice if she could prove me wrong. Lol, I know what metastasis is. But when you say "stop spreading cancer" you mean between people, not within one person.

I never understood why people use the phrase "spread cancer." Cancer isn't contagious.

Well, here's to hoping that UNI.T gets plenty of new opportunities so I get a chance to change my mind about her.

I was so impressed by Breathe! What a way to prove to everyone that UNB still has vocals. I felt kind of bad for Jun in Dancing with the Devil...he looked like he was over-using his voice. I hope that since there are other boys who can sing, that they can distribute the parts more evenly next time. And I'm not saying Yoonjo doesn't deserve it because she's rich. My biggest problem with Yoonjo is sometimes, she just doesn't seem like she really wanted to be in UNI.T to begin with.

Well after all, I'm obviously never going to be meeting these people in real life, so I have to base my impressions off of what's given, yeah? Regardless of whether I'm "new to Kpop world and entertainment," I'm allowed to have my own opinions. And IMO, Yoonjo seems like she just doesn't care. I don't like her attitude, I don't think she's competent, and yes, I'm salty because there were people who I think were more deserving than her, particularly if she isn't going to care. If people are going to hate on my comments because of that, let them hate. I'm just stating my opinion. I'm still rooting for Unit G, but my opinion of Yoonjo won't change until she shows me more than she's shown us so far. Thanks for the info. I guess I never realized because I literally just didn't know who Yoonjo was until she made UNI.T. She was that unmemorable.

Yep, I watched w/ Eng sub. The only part that sounded like a joke from Yoonjo was the personal chef. I still think it's tasteless to bring up your wealth when you're talking about electing a leader for an idol group. Especially as someone who had never entered Top 9, when she brings up something like that, it makes me wonder "Did Yoonjo get into The Unit somehow with wealth/connections?". Not that I would know, obviously, but those are the kinds of thoughts that get planted. Imagine if you were voting for a student president at your school, and some kid comes up and says "If I get elected as president, my dad's gonna buy everyone presents." Forget voting for that kid, I'd probably never want to speak to them again. And unless Euijin was lying, it does seem like her father actually is a fortune teller. So Euijin was offering fortune telling for all the members if she got elected. Edit: To be fair, I personally wasn't a fan of Sonamoo's Euijin bringing her father into her talk either. Or Daewon and his father's furniture store. Like they have plenty of merits on their own, yeah? Why bring your parents into this when you're full-grown adults... Edit 2: Apparently, I'm not the only one who's not impressed with Yoonjo's abilities...Some Korean fans think she ruined Shine and Ting. I think it's one thing to make snarky comments but make it clear no ill intentions are meant, and another where it just seems like you're looking down on everyone else. And the way she spoke about buying stuff for everyone didn't sound like a joke to me... I didn't find anything she said funny during the leadership picking, so I guess I wouldn't really enjoy seeing her on variety shows either. And you say that she's "direct" but she seems to make more passive aggressive comments. "Direct," "not coy," and "realistic" seem to better fit Sonamoo's Euijin (and Senmi RIP).

Honestly, the more I see Yoonjo, the less I like her. They all worked so hard so I wanted to give Yoonjo a chance, but I feel like she always gives snarky statements, looks like she's above everyone else, and doesn't even have any particular talents. She barely stands out on stage, and her using her family's wealth to persuade the members to become leader seems a little...tasteless. Maybe it's just me. Hahaha. "Vertically challenged." The two shorties of Unit B are the cutest though. You can hardly tell that they're the oldest.

Agreed! I don't think they'll have any problems. But are they scheduled for Immortal Songs? Loved this episode. They must have worked super hard this past week, good lord.

Dang, dunno what's with all the hate on U.N.B. I think the boys did a great job! I think they all sound pretty decent, and I can't tell if it's just because of the improved camera work, but I actually preferred U.N.B's Dancing with the Devil than Team Blue's. I do think Chan and Jun have a disproportionate amount of singing to do in Dancing with the Devil, but that's unavoidable given how high the song is and that most of U.N.B. were coming from the Pull Me team. I was very impressed with both of them. I'm hoping in the future though, U.N.B. get songs with better part distribution.

Interesting choice, Feeldog as leader. I would have thought Euijin would have been an obvious choice as the oldest, especially since he showed us his leadership ability on The Unit. Both the Stay Team and the Pull Me team really benefitted from Euijin's guidance (even though Euijin wasn't even the leader for Stay). I mean, almost all the members from the Pull Me team ended up in U.N.B. Not that I think Feeldog is a bad choice either...but would have liked to see Euijin as leader.

Ahaha thanks for reposting. I was more stating my outrage at the lack of inspiration. B.ONE? Seriously? Too many names with "one" in them...The Unit B is better off staying as far away from Wanna One as possible.
