Unfortunately K-Pop is not an industry in which there is room for much humanity, it’s first and foremost a business and the thing is woolim letting Jisoo take time off either if she needed surgery/to heal her knee then they’d lose money, not just because you wouldn’t get a “proper†come back from your group but then you have someone who isn’t generating money but is needing treatments and surgeries, those aren’t cheap and on top of that the rehab she might need to strengthen her knee, then you have the food costs and typical costs that companies incur for idols. That’s being positive that eventually jisoo could come back if she needed a more meticulous knee surgery then woolim would really be looking at it as if they’re “sinking money into a lost causeâ€. Sadly it’s a ruthless business and idols are often left with little more than broken dreams and broken bodies.

Yup but hopefully Cube steps up their social media game and has the girls posting more and pushing more vlives to strengthen their presence if we can’t outright get them trending.
