  1.  Victoria halted her drama filming in China to head to Korea for Sulli's funeral.

On October 16, Chinese media outlet Sina reported Victoria cried on the set of her drama, and she flew to Korea a day later than she wanted due to visa issues.

Sina stated, "According to the other actors who were on set to film a drama with Victoria, Victoria burst out in tears after hearing about the death, and she looked confused and disordered. She tried to fly to Korea day earlier, but because of visa issues, she went to Beijing from Shanghai, where her drama filming was, and departed to Korea on the night of the 15th."

  2. I don't think many knew about this since international news sites have omitted further details about the manager who found Sulli's body.

    Anyway, Joongang Daily has reported

Sulli’s younger brother, who is also her manager, found her body and contacted police. According to Seongnam police, the singer appears to have died in an apparent suicide, although investigations are ongoing.

Sulli's brother had been trending on Naver for 5 hours following news of an autopsy request by the police.

  4. Korean society's outrageous standards for female idols to the point of driving them to isolation is extremely dangerous and should be addressed not only by idol companies but basically the media themselves. The media often provides breeding ground for hatred, basically giving people a reason to hate on these celebrities just for being who they are. SM should also reinforce their support system for their artists to help anyone who is struggling.

SM can not fully prevent nasty netizens from spreading hate comments completely, but it seems pretty clear that they aren't providing a safe space for their artists where they can feel like their concerns and issues are being heard and are important

What you said is very important. There's only so much anyone can do about hate commenters, hell not even the government can censor those people. But it's still necessary for any company to give their artists a strong support system that can guide them whenever things get extremely difficult. Active social support helps people cope better and have a sense of belonging rather than them feeling like they're battling it alone.  It's really upsetting that those measures were not taken for Sulli.
