  1. yes!! I deff wanna buy her future albums! im seeing her at a kpop festival this summer im sooo excited!
  2. Thank you for all your responses guys! While I'd love Japan and how different it is I feel like its way too much travel for a language I hate. (tried learning it for 2 years.. failed). for some context I'll give the actual unis i'd be studying at. you've all convinced me between London or Florence! Florence - lorenzo de medici istituto the same uni above has a program in a REALLY small town called tuscania. or a program where you spend half ur time in Florence and half ur time in tuscania. However I think i'd like to stay in the bigger city. London - London Metropolitan University don't worry about cost of the actua luni. They are exchange programs which means I pay pretty similiar to what im paying already at my uni. i'd only have to worry about actual costs of living like food and transport. @Hizu@love@Siobhan Halo@Winter Bear@pruneau
  3. a new option: florence italy yeah.. im just afraid London is too similiar for what im already used to (im from NY)
  4. I'm studying history! London, UK - I love british TV and "culture"?? (ik they dont have culture but.. yk what i mean? LOL) and this place has a lot of great museums (even tho everything is stolen) and it'd be like a cheap 30$ train ride to paris if i wanted lol and i like the urban-ness. Barcelona, Spain - I speak intermediate Spanish and have been to the city before. It's beautiful and really warm and i'd love to speak spanish everyday. IK spain is a historic country but when I was in Barcelona I never really got a historic vibe (like i got in paris for example). However I wouldn't as easily be able to go to Paris or other cities. Rome, Italy - I speak no italian but i LOVE The history in this city. you can see ancient roman ruins on your walk to starbucks. gorgeous city. I'd be able to go to any Italian cities. Florence, Italy. - see above. Seoul, South Korea - I speak NO korean. I also can't eat fish or spicy so.. but i really like the music and culture. the urban seoul seems really pretty too. Also no travel to any other country for cheap. Tokyo, Japan - JAPANESE IS SO HARD. pretty much the same reasons as Seoul but I find the Japanese countryside really pretty and i love their technology. Aarhus, Denmark - I went to copenhagen and LOVED it. I love the scandanvians and the architecture there. I'm looking for something different to really teach me a lot and experience the world.
  5. I got into a really big, worldwide known university (not harvard or yale level of difficulty to get into, but still very well known) I found out this month I cannot afford it. it would be 50k a year (yep. america). and after telling everyone i would go and everyone being very excited for me.. i have to take that away and now go to a smaller/lesser known school in my state to be able to afford it. I'm feeling really sad. My friends are all disappointed in me, my family is disappointed in me (no one is saying it, but you can tell. because they used to be like "WOW!! () UNIVERSITY!! SO GOOD!! YOU BROKE THE CURSE OF GOING TO BAD UNIS IN THIS FAMILY!!") and i bet if i told my kpop biases they'd be disappointed in me too onehallyu u been here for me since 2017 i need ur advice here guys
  6. ugh my first full year of being a kpop stan. rookie was one of my first kpop cbs, and i LOVED it
  7. IVE HAD THIS SONG ON MY PLAYLIST FOR YEARS AND NEVER HEARD THIS HAHA
  8. I've been into kpop 6 years this year and.. i've noticed a pet peeve i've been having?? 6 membered groups. I hate their dance formations so much. they either have 5 in front and that one member in the back behind the front person or that weird one stayc and everglow do now like this: IT JUST LOOKS SO WEIRD?? i love the girls i mentioned btw just.. hate the dance formations for 6 membered groups. i dont have other even numbers like 8 or 10 because they have bigger amount of members and cooler formation opportunities but.. 6 just bothers me..
  9. was looking for gugudan's last perf and couldn't find it am interested in others! drop them!
  10. I dont think many people here know chinese. try r/chineselanguage on reddit
  11. This is just like the twice I fell in love with in 2016! So fresh and funky. I love that they returned to their old style for this and I. LOVE the song
  12. K: Yeseo, Chaehyun, Dayeon J: Shana, Yurina, Mashiro, Hikaru C : whenzhe, xingqiao, xiaoting
  13. how much money are they making!? how much does cha eunwoo pull in holy crap
  14. I like this lineup! all my faves in it! I'm terrified for Yeseo, her rank is dropping so much despite her amazing fate perf. I think bora might be gauen-ed out. She has a group thats still active after all. Also scared for yujin. I dont trust mnet edit: only 1 cgirl? no way. I think xiangqiao is in
  15. your first mistake was calling him papa mochi.. Most of their fans are teenagers who aren't interested in politics or world issues. As much as twitter may make it seem, most teens don't know anything about politics. Imagine their idol going and fighting for climate change (which I believe they did). They probably got hundreds of new teens interested in the problems of climate change. There is a reason for them to be there. They're the biggest boy group in the world and have influence
  16. she looks so much like wendy its crazy! I love her! rooting for her
