I think what JYPE needs isn't a different promotions/management team but some employees (or just one higher up will do tbh) that have a grasp of psychology so they can subtle-y manipulate the public. Someone that can give orders about when to release what sort of article so that JYPE gains more public favour as a company and so that people have a more lasting impression of their artistes. (A prime example of what they could have done is to mediaplay the hell out of JYP's statement about Jun.K being a producer on his level for a month before their comeback, and then subsequently releasing random articles about Jun.K and his compositions, Jun.K and the success of his solo album in Japan etc.) YG has done it; by consistently releasing interviews, it keeps the brand name YG in the front of people's minds. And by always saying positive things about his artistes, people are unconsciously primed to believe that their artistes are more talented, produce better music etc. (Priming is quite a basic but powerful psychological concept) And it shows in their music chart performance. (Of course it won't work if they release crappy music though.) By people here I don't mean kpop fans or knetz who actively stalk and comments on articles, but the general public who just browses through entertainment news without putting too much thought into it. I guess this is sort of random but I was thinking; when JYPE used to randomly drop their teasers without any warning we complained that they should let us know earlier when comebacks were going to happen, to release more teasers etc. So for Bernard's debut we got 2 weeks of notice, a pre-release song and teasers for two songs, as well as his album spoiler but BAM YG just uploads a photo and releases AkMu's new single with barely any prior promotion and they shoot to the top while Bernard... So in a sense I don't think its just the promotions and marketing that happens during a promotion anymore, but what the general public sees on on a day-to-day basis. I'm sorry if its long and slightly incoherent since I haven't written anything long in a while and I'm also no psychologist... But if anyone has anything to add I'd like to hear it! Also, sorry for being so serious

Thank you Anyways in response to your question, 1a. Being more open with regards to their plans. For example, quite a fair number of people have been speculating which act JYPe would put out in October after 2pm (me included xD), and Bernard was one of the guesses since the article about 6mix and 5live being pushed to next year was released. But they didn't release any news about Bernard until one day before his first teaser was released. I'm not asking for news articles every week, but perhaps once a quarter detailing their plans would be nice so we sort of know what to expect? Then again these plans always might change and JYPe only seems to like releasing confirmed-definitely-happening news so I'm not sure if they will ever do this... 1b. Sub-units! They've been popular for a while, but JYPe hasn't jumped on the bandwagon yet. They seem to prefer letting their artistes go solo, I'm not too sure why either... I hope they at least try one or two before the hype around sub-units die down lol. 2. TBH I don't care whether they're in the Big 3, I'll love all their artistes regardless as long as they keep running the company with the same mindset. Treating their artistes with respect, releasing good music while pushing their artistes to grow in the different areas of entertainment. I'll edit if I think of anything else later

I think the staff typically check twice a week after the mon-tues-wed and thur-fri-sat boards are closed~ I took about 4 tries before I managed to level up so around 2 - 3 weeks!

Pretty sure people will come up with something on twitter And yeah, their Japanese albums will be on sale on the 4th of June and are up for pre-order now! ^^
