  1. You move fast, vitamin. Where are the SaiDa photos?
  2. Yeah, I know what you mean. While some of us are going all out over the other side (which is great), I do feel a little nostalgic and pop in here once in a while.
  3. I think there are a few people going...all locations I believe. Jeonyeon's Hair even has extra tickets...maybe. There were a few Twice discords formed while people wait for options, but a bunch of us are already setting up shop in Hallyu+ just in case OH dies. I figure it will at least add some urgency to the whole OH fixing effort if OH Onces start looking at options, even though I'm someone who'd rather stick around in OH than go elsewhere.
  4. Refresh? That's not the problem. And it might be happening right now. This is the second post I'm writing, and I can't see my original post, even though I can see the pop-up that says new posts. You'll see the posts once the mod / admin tweaks whatever and the posts all show up all of a sudden.
  5. Current recurring problem is that new posts are showing up once a new page needs to be created? Previously we needed to report the last post to get it cleared, but nothing is happening even after reporting. Of course, fixing the problem is what's needed.
  6. So..who else here is on OH, ******+, AND the discord, trying to figure out which one to keep, and which one will actually stay alive and survive?
  7. [sending this out using several methods since I don't know which will work] Dear OH Tech people, Thanks for your efforts in getting OH up and running, but do note that just because it's up and running doesn't mean it's working. No new posts are currently being updated on the Twice MT.This has happened before, and I don't doubt it's happening in other threads as well. I'm sure some of the mods are aware of how to fix this...assuming they haven't left already. Again, just because this site is online doesn't mean it's working properly.
  8. Don't know if we have any here, but a shout out to Thai Onces for that trouble-free welcome at the airport. Twicelights BKK was the first stop outside of SK, and hopefully all the Onces at the other stops will have the same safe welcome for their girls. It's a great start to the tour.
  9. This is their first public schedule since their holiday escapades, isn't it? But they're definitely working on something right now - those puffy eyes need some more sleep.
  10. She has, though I think this is the most she has done in a single MV. LOL. According to Spotify, Breakthrough was written by Jan Baar, Rajan Muse, Ronnie Icon, and Yu Shimoji
  11. Well, it's only been a week since it was down. Those who went through the 2-month downtime will know how bad that was. But at least then OH was up an running after the initial teething problems. This whole up-1-day, down-1-week thing is a lot more demoralizing.
  12. Turns out, some of them aren't really Onces. Having said that, it seems a bunch are planning to be in BKK for Twicelights. I hope they get banned.
  13. Twice upcoming schedule June - Aug. Happy2 and Breakthrough MVs expected 2nd half of June after BKK Twicelights. Click here to view the Tweet
  14. Mina in Hawaii, while SaMo have returned to JPN. Click here to view the Tweet
  15. An open letter to all Onces. (OHers, lurkers, guests, etc.) By now, most of you have heard about the incidents with SaMo and Tzuyu being accosted by "fans" during their holidays. I would like to think that most Onces found the situation appalling, and would not like to see a repeat of the situation. If you do, then I think all of us, our whole fandom, really have to ask ourselves what these girls mean to us. For me, Twice has given me a lot of joy and happiness, often during periods of high stress and pressure. I appreciate their music, as well as their off-stage antics, and even during the toughest day Twice is always able to bring a smile to my face. But as much as I would like the opportunity to meet them, chat, take selfies, and show how much I love and appreciate them, I want to protect their bright smiles and innocence even more. Many people on Twitter who've managed to take selfies with the girls justify their actions by saying things like "it's only one selfie" or "they were really nice and they said it was OK". But I think most of you also know deep down that the girls usually won't refuse a request, even if they were tired and didn't want to. It may be one short selfie for you, but if every Tom, Dick or Harry want selfies, it can easily add up. Seeing SaMo's smile diminishing with every selfie uploaded, or seeing Tzuyu cornered at her own hotel room by "fans" asking for her to sign albums really was sad to see. I think in this regard, many of the large Twitter fansites are also responsible for normal fans behaving in this way. SaMo being accosted in ICN, surrounded by photogs with telephoto lenses in an area beyond the security checkpoint, is not much different from fans camping out at their hotel to "surprise" Tzuyu with a birthday cake and an impromptu fansign. Fans emulate their behavior based on what they see these fansites do - if they crowd around the girls despite all those zoom lenses, invade their personal space, or sneak a "special letter" to the girls, normal fans will want a piece of the action as well. Many Onces don't do this. They are not fansites who camp out at airports, buy travel info, or knock the girls over trying to take pictures to sell. Nor are they selfish fans who ambush the girls without a care for about the girls' privacy and personal space. However, if you consume these kind of photos, or retweet them, then you are also enabling them and encouraging thei behavior. There were so many retweets of SaMo's vacation pics - "they're in Hawaii", "Hope they have a nice vacation", etc. etc. But not everyone stopped to ask whether it was appropriate for people to take selfies and upload them immediately for other fans to stalk them. It's one thing if you randomly encounter the girls on the street, but are you OK with Onces chasing the girls by car or following them around town trying to get pictures and selfies and album signed? Tzuyu's case should be clear how invasive people can be, since these "fans" not only camped out at the hotel, they actually managed to get the hotel to give them an adjoining room. Even now, there are still plenty of people defending their actions on Twitter, saying that they had good intent and only wanted to express their love. Yeah, they were so loving that Tzuyu and her mom were running way from these "sasaengs" at the airport. I wouldn't be surprised if they ended the trip early for fear of the situation escalating. So...Onces, what do you want? Do you want to get to a situation where Twice can now only go on holiday if they bring security with them (think of the cost)? Do you want them to only stay at expensive, exclusive resorts (more costs) in order to avoid fans who lack common courtesy? I know for sure that Chaeng's dream to go backpacking Europe will never happen if this becomes the norm. The simple truth is that either we as a fandom regulate our actions ourselves, or it will get regulated when JYPE puts their foot down to protect the girls. It's already happening with Got7, and as usually, it only takes a few bad apples to spoil it for everyone else. I really hope Onces can come together and make it clear to other fans and fansites what we demand from each other in terms of respecting the girls' personal space and privacy that they so clearly deserve. The girls have worked so hard and given our fandom so much. Is it that hard for us to care for the girls better? - whisky23, OH edit: haha, my first OH essay in a long while
  16. If you use the actual Youtube link (you're linking via a playlist) you can embed the video.
  17. I guess it's both a blessing and a curse that OH revives in a middle of a drought. A blessing cause it will give OH time to stabilize (hopefully) without us missing out on current events. But at the same time, seeing OH deserted of both people and activity / news is a little depressing.
  18. We've got quite a few comebacks to deal with, but the ones who are likely to break into the top are RV (June 19), and probably Somi (June 13). RV will knock Fancy out if they can get their b-sides charting high, which would be during wk9. Of course, we need to watch out for random old songs (including western songs nowadays) running up the charts out of the blue as well.
