Good news !!! Hopefully, we'll get to see a possible line-up for the JPNgg then I don't think JYP would've talked about it if they didn't have a bunch of debut-ready Japanese girls tbh...

Or probably we'll get a trainee showcase/flasmob in Japan? Since the target audience of this gg is the J-netz, the feedback of the K-netz might not be significantly important. The expectations from Kpop idols are different Jpop idols after all. JYPE's criteria for determining the line-up of JPNgg won't be same with their Korea targeted groups I guess... I wonder if the previous Japan team has performed in trainee showcases. I know Sana did, after joining the line up of 6mix, but the rest?

Sorry if I sounded offensive. I do agree with the points you made on this post. I just wanted to highlight the possibility of her rejecting to join the JPNgg to debut in a kpop group...

Well, I don't really get which picture you've explained. The pictures I was asking for the names of were a bunch of pretty Japanese girls posted by the user 'tide'. Still thanks for kindly replying I do also think Jisu & Eunsu look similar. I'd rather prefer Yuna/JiaYu/Mako if there is gonna be visual addition than Eunsu for the very same reason tbh... I agree that Mako and every other trainee would choose to debut in the given situation... I ain't saying she should join AKB. What I meant is, the real question should be whether she wants to be an idol wherever, whenever, whichever or she specifically wants to be a kpop idol. If her initial dream was to be a kpop idol, I doubt she is willing to join the line-up of JPNgg. As much as P48 makes the whole J-Pop look untalented/unpolished, it actually isn't. There also are popular gg's like Morning Musume who receive proper training. They can sing, dance, and even compose/produce their own music. It would've been much easier for Mako to become a properly qualified idol in Japan. But instead, she chose the harder way, leaving beloved ones behind and moving to Korea of which she couldn't even speak the language of... I think this is telling us that, she dreamt of being a kpop idol in specific...

.......................... Also is there anyone who thinks Mako might end up in the group after this one? She might not want to be a part of the JPNgg probably. She would've auditioned for a Japanese company instead if she wanted to be a J-Pop idol. Being a kpop idol requires high skills which can be maintained by hard work only yet she could've been an AKB member in a matter of a few months without enduring the training period. It doesn't really make sense to me tbh...

Well, let's hope those people aren't the majority of the current followers of this thread then... We are gonna need many people to promote this group on OH during their rookie days...

Hi, I'm new here. I'm lazy to read all the 107 pages so can sb sum it up? Like how many trainees does YG have? What are their names ( I know 2 Sua's) ? Or are Blacklabel trainees considered to debut with this gg? Also does YG have plans to debut these girls soon?

Well, I said I want them to add JiaYu/Mako if they are gonna make 'visual additions'. Yuna S, the other visual candidate also is on the dancer side than vocal/rap, As for Eunsoo, she is said to be a kind of stiff in dancing & is not a significantly good vocal either. On the other hand, Mako was seen as a good dancer by knetz & her visuals were also praised. As for JiaYu, I remember knets callin her verly thin & phsically weak. If she has gained some weight..why not ? I do personally think some foreign appeal will be more benifical to these girls since their popularity is almost guaranteed in SK... And again, if they are planning to make' talent addition', it should be no one but Lily in my opinion... I'll end up stanning them anyway tho...

Agree, I hate seeing success stories of ex jyp trainees later on. Not that I don't want the ex trainees to succed, but I don't want jyp to keep on missing out more talents/visuals...

Even if hallyu wave dies/gets banned in China, I dont see JiaYu getting effected negatively by it. She can promote in China without being identified as a kpop artist just like Jackson. After jypngg gets established in SK as group, which will take about 2-3 years in my opinion, members may start on solo activities (ofc as a second priority after group promotions). While other girls will be focusing on acting/variety/cf, JiaYu can spend that time promoting in China. To make money,she doesnt need to be an it girl necessarily (I can see her being one btw, let alone her face).Even Miss A's Fei & Jia who got zero promotion by JYP are earning a lot since C-market is quite big. As for Vic, it is not that she insists on staying in China but it is SM does not give f(x) a comeback & she can't promote in Korea as solo after that 'United China' incident. I dunno much about EXO/Lay situation..
