I also became a fan after seeing A.C.E's audition on Mixnine. ^^ I came into this show having no favorites, and not knowing anything about these contestants.

May the contestants that stand out and put up the best performances win. Just because some contestants are from the same company doesn't mean they should be excluded from the final group. I hope not. It's a survival show so I'm expecting the best to survive. *hopeful thinking*

Please don't diminish the other guys like that. Jason is very talented (you can say on another level) but the other guys are also talented and capable of standing out on their own. I do agree that Jinyoung has not stood out in Mixnine and is riding Produce101 fame.

If they reduce to 1 vote per person, the votes will be so disproportionate. Literally one 1 or 2 from each gender will get all the votes. The others will get so little votes that the difference between their places will not be much, and benefits points determine it all. Reduce to 3 votes would be better. I wouldn’t mind if benefit points determine it and really shake up the top9 for both genders.

There really isn’t a need to devote a whole episode for eliminations. A 15 minutes segment is enough. Since they want to cut the show short and improve ratings, performances and challenges are more entertaining and we get to see each contestant’s talent better. They already have a problem with editing and screen time, but the choices they make like repeating cuts from previous episodes show it’s just lazy editing.

Perhaps I touched a sensitive spot. I want Sehyoon to be recognized for his role in the team. Anyone who get screen time in the team is a good thing. I didnt mean to drag Hyunsuk into this. About the crying, was Sehyoon even in the room when Hyunsuk cried? We don’t know anything about the situation to make this judgement. And let’s not draw out this issue.

I’m pretty annoyed that my complaint is dragged out and complained over. I hope everyone feel free to say what they want and I will do the same. The defense mocking is pretty ridiculous but I’m going to end it here cause it’s not worth being blamed for draggin this out.

Any issue that isn’t agreed upon is dragged out endlessly. You guys had a sujin/ryujin issue a while ago. It’s not boy group or girl group.

Editing can only do so much. It’s a survival show with many missions, no contestants would have any respect for them. I think YG has a lot of say in this show because it’s a group that he will manage himself. Anyways, this is going on longer than I care to talk about. And people are complaining about negativity.

Like Lyanna90 said (and I’ve mentioned before), YG highlights only 1-2 members of a certain group for balance. YG decides the ones he want to hightlight, some talented, some popular, some purely visual. I don’t have a problem with that (of course I would prefer talent). I just thought something like being leader of a top team can overcome the bias spotlight, but it’s clearly not the case.

Honestly feel free to address that unfairness. ACE screen time is not by luck, their audition impressed YG.

Yes I was prepared that 1-2 members of ACE would be highlighted. I mistakenly thought Sehyoon can overcome this by doing something notable, like being leader of a top team. I’m just upset. The editing is what it is.

lol no one is blaming Hyunsuk. ACE members got screen time because they worked hard for it. Sehyoon is being suppressed though and I’m not happy about that. Let’s stop here.

No, this show is produced by YG. Jtbc is a network that collaborated with YG to air the show. I’m pretty sure YG calls the shots. YG doesn’t get evil editing. It’s typical of him to say shocking mean things in the guise of criticism, certainly not constructive. The whole Sori scenario was likely done on purpose for effect (with unintended backlash) just like the girl with 2nd chance audition.

You would feel the same if YG was being unfair to your favs. I’m sure fans of YG groups complain constantly.

YG is pushing Huynsuk because he’s the only one with a good chance of making Top9. I don’t care how much screen time he gives his trainees. But give credit where it’s due. Sehyoon led Ringa Linga team and all we saw was Hyunsuk crying, for like 5 minutes.

I was just letting off some steam. My greatest satisfaction will be ACE making it despite all the odds against them. Let YG plays his game.

I no longer care that the boys win. I want ACE to gain recognition n comes back as 5. YG is using all these poor trainees for his own purposes, throwing some trainees under the bus while promoting his favs under the disguise of a survival show.

I’m pissed on his behalf. I just need Sehyoon to survive this elim n come back stronger. I hope ACE can throw all YG manipulations back in his face.

Aww WOWSON! head to head, this is exiting! But so obvious though... Paradise Lost has higher audience votes, plus YG is in love with Jason n Huynsuk... hmm I think PL may win.
