oh I don't mind being corrected at all. actually I was aware of this difference since I don't want it to seem like I consider TVXQ "missing" anybody in particular, but I fell into a habit of saying "Homin" outside of a shipping context I guess from wading through muggy waters occasionally populated by OT5 types who I didn't want to get into lengthy arguments with, lol. since this is a TVXQ only thread I know I don't need to be specific, so I just need to lose the habit unless I'm talking about shipping... and I'm not really a hardcore shipper of anyone, I like talking about it for fun sometimes though. I love their relationship a lot.

that gift is so cute. I'm so impressed by longterm bigname fans' dedication - even before his debut! I don't even know how they managed that but given how hardcore kfans can be I believe it. I love sweet projects like that.

I'll go through my collection sometime and you can see if there's anything I have that you're missing! sometimes it takes me a long time to get around to listening to something, but I like to dedicate myself to going through whole albums every now and then. I can care less about a song one day and be totally obsessed with it a few weeks later. right now I'm addicted to Bolero even though I've had the Japanese album The Secret Code for months now - it just hit me recently how good it is. I kind of love the slow burn of discovery like that... (I hope it's okay to mention pre-split releases, even though I'm a Homin fan 4lyfe I still like a lot of the old stuff but I'm not an AKTF person so don't worry)

well I'm still working on it, but for now I have almost everything. I really like collecting releases properly. haha, I think it just comes from my background as an indie kid (spent so many years looking for hard-to-find releases online and on awkward old formats like vinyl and cassette) and being a fan of disco which has so many rare tracks and remixes and stuff hiding around the web. it's fun! the last time I collected a group so intensely was when I was a jpop kid in the early 2000s. it was more difficult to download and buy stuff then, though... it's almost too easy now (besides not having any money).

I got into TVXQ because a close internet friend of mine fell for them hard last year and took me down with her... she also led me down the Homin route so I can't turn back now. I'm a completist when it comes to discographies though so I acquired everything they've ever released. I don't know what it is about me, but I NEED to hear everything

if it helps at all, I think if you want to share a picture from your PC you should upload the picture to an image hosting site like imgur or photobucket and then link the picture from there. that's what I'd do anyway. imgur is very quick if you don't want to commit to making a photobucket account.

thanks again for more welcomes! I love Changmin and Jongsu's relationship... I'm sad to see Jongsu go... I hope I see more pics of them hanging out casually together... they're so adorable... I'm gradually learning on twitter to not let any anti or extreme fans get to me because it's just not worth the trouble lol. usually there's a language barrier so I don't always know if someone is nuts right away but it's easier to just unfollow or ignore them than try to get them to see the light as it were... the stuff Changmin went through as a young idol is so horrible. I really don't understand how people can gang up on someome defenceless like that. especially as he was just a kid at the time.

that's sad. I don't understand the mentality behind it regardless of who the bias in question is... even if I didn't like someone in a group (which is rare) I wouldn't be rude to them at a concert out of courtesy to fans who do like them. it doesn't help anyone to make a weird fuss out of things

hi boom and Lav and everyone else! Changmin and Jongsu are so adorable... I'm gonna be sad when Jongsu isn't on the show anymore... also I agree about weirdly fervent "bias ONLY" fans who actively dislike or try to ignore the other member of the group... I don't understand what they think they're going to get out of it. why would your bias be impressed by you being cruel to their friend and colleague? it's so childish....

I only became a fan because of my friend's influence around the end of last year. I remember hearing about them when they were a 5-member group but that was before I really knew anything about kpop besides H.O.T and Shinhwa, so I didn't really know any songs.
