I'm ready

I don't think you need to worry about it. it's normal to look a bit tired when you're travelling a lot but it's nothing they haven't handled before. the tour does have time off in between (it started this week and is on until January, but there are gaps between shows so it's not as if they're touring all day every day) plus they're readjusting to their new schedule after being in the military for two years, so it's normal to be a bit off-kilter I think. military schedules aren't easy either. that said I haven't seen any pics where he looks so tired that it alarms me. he just looks like a normal dude lol I think it's also worth remembering that fans are used to seeing them all styled and made up, under layers of BB cream etc, so when they're makeupless and natural in public they can look different. if Changmin looks worryingly tired without make up then I must look incredibly haggard, lol well we've got the Begin Again album photo shoots and a few magazine shoots already, so I'm sure there'll be a good selection of pics. ofc though I'm planning to extend the "pics from the last 2 years" rule considering their enlistment. I think pics from the year prior to their military service would be fine to consider too and thanks for your support!

I'm so happy to see them goofing around on variety, it really feels like they can cut loose and be themselves without any worries now

I'm a fervent B-side collector as well. I always get their single releases so I don't miss out on any extra tracks. B-sides like Disvelocity aren't normally added to albums unless the single is a double A-side (aka two title tracks promoted simultaneously). otherwise there'd be no incentive to buy singles, lol. Korean releases are so strange versus Japan and the west, I think it's skewed newer fans' ideas of what regular single/album releases are like in most places. honestly, I'm still kinda mystified by the purpose of repackage albums... (not that it stops me from buying them)

Android rules and is one of their best songs imo... I think it's a bit underrated just going off my experiences as a j-pop fan back in the day... everyone releases tour DVDs. I have a bunch of them. you don't really get concert DVDs in kpop much. usually special one-offs (like SMTOWN in Madison Garden or whatever) whereas in Japan they release them as regularly as albums

greetings and welcome oops I didn't mean to make it sound like I disliked WITH, I think it has some great standout tracks (I listen to Refuse to Lose so much, it's embarrassing) but in comparison to the likes of TONE it's just not as cohesive or interesting. TREE was a bit more rushed and meandering overall so WITH edges it out slightly. you're right in that it has some great songs. Hide & Seek especially rules. I guess because I just know TIME better due to WITH coming out relatively recently, I have more attachment to the songs on it... I definitely think the Japanese concert DVDs are better and it's not a surprise since concert videos/DVDs have been a big thing in Japan for a long time and it makes sense that they would design concerts and performances with transfer to video in mind. not to say the Korean concerts are bad, the Japanese industry just seems to have better experience in this area. plus I think their fanbase in Japan is more enthusiastic about touring in general. when I attended their concert in Seoul (the one in your second vid yea boi) a large chunk of people in attendance were Japanese fans. I think they're aware of this and generally put more into their Japanese concerts which are also larger. that Rising Sun performance is my shit and I will link that video until the end of time

nah, I think it's fair to say their recent quality hasn't been as good. their later albums are mostly made with tours in mind, imo, as in the tracklists coordinate well as a concert setlist but are kind of forgettable as a CD album. some songs stand out more than others, and many are filler. I've thought for a while now that their Korean albums are of much better quality in recent years and seem to be getting better, so at least that balances it out lol. I'm never disappointed with those, so I tend to look forward to their Korean albums more, while I anticipate their Japanese concerts (where their performances are better imo)

so the order they came out? handy haha I think I'm pretty much the same. maybe I like WITH a bit more than TREE tho. I'm not sure. they're about the same. I tend to cherrypick my fave songs from those two albums than listen to them all the way through like I do with TONE and TIME tbh

TIME gets a bad rep but I honestly think it holds up better than TREE or even WITH does. it has more bangers overall. ofc all of them pale in comparison to TONE which kicks ass forever and is so good that it would be hard to follow up so it's no wonder TIME was a bit of a disappointment for fans at the time imo. I don't think they're doing any music shows because the songs are just SM Station releases and not a full comeback. plus they're rehearsing for their upcoming tour in Japan now greetings TVXQ Express is a collaborative effort between a few friends (I think) who are mostly based on twitter and don't post on OH as far as I know. I do know one of them is Smile-ssi is who is a very nice person, I met her in London once. I think she founded it, but don't quote me on that lol. all the cute artwork on their site is hers though. it's a very valuable resource for sure since there aren't many English-language international sites for TVXQ these days nice to see the thread getting some action btw
