I missed seeing OT7 together so much it was great ;A;

I've read those already and yes those are serious allegations to make themselves. But my point still is that even if there is to be some truth in that, they still handled all of this quite poorly. They should've made sure that all of this was handled privately before they continued with LSF's debut.

Let's say even if Garam's involvement in all of this isn't as bad as claimed hypothetically (which hey weirder things have happened in the grand scheme of things.) HYBE/Source still handled this case so carelessly from the get go. Like they really should've took their time trying to address all of this behind the scenes and perhaps if they did and just had her sit out promos for the time being, it wouldn't have snowballed this far. Unless HYBE has got some pretty damnimg evidence of their own, I think damage has been done either way potentially.

The fact that HYBE/Source didn't tell this girl to lay low on social media at least while this kept snowballing baffles me

Same. If HYBE knows something we don't know, they better get their ducks all in a row soon and present it because this keeps getting more and more serious. Other wise, they just keep digging that hole deeper and deeper.

This was brought up last year during the whole 'bully gate' but all of it allegedly happened when she was in school still. I imagine with Garam's case getting as much heat as it is, her and any other idol accused (whether they are guilty of it or not) are going to be brought up again.

If this is true I'm really puzzled by Hybe's motives. Like, this happened within the last few years (and the same year she initially auditioned) and you're telling me that no one bothered to do a check, especially after the amount of idols that have been accused of bullying within the last year alone? Like either her connections are deeper than realize or they just thought they could breeze past it and hope for the best.

To add onto Archer's post, it was said/believed that part of the reason why the complaint was dismissed because that particular post did not mention Lia or JYPE directly per say. That particular post indirectly talked about how the company was threatening or in the process of taking legal action , supposedly based off of other comments they had made about Lia. But since it did not actually mention Lia or JYPE by name, there was no way to prove that it was technically slander. Therefore, they said there's no proof either way. At this point, it's still pretty much 'she said vs she said'

Tbh I still don't like the song personally, but the girls' stage presence and charisma are a huge selling point. I hope JYPE gives them something much better for their first comeback.

Hybe and Source's approach to this situation has been highly questionable and things are getting more and more serious. I had wondered if they had something up their sleeve they were working on in hopes to clear up the situation. But at this point, they are looking more and more foolish

Looks like the theory of them renewing their contracts are likely to be true at this point.

The fact it's getting bigger and bigger. Like is HYBe and Source secretly getting their ducks all line up in a row to combat this or are they just hoping it eventually dies down?
