It ties well with what he says in the present about Sunjae's mother not exactly being a good person, although his mother was no.4 though and the tunnel victim was no.6 with markings I believe. Summary of victims with dots The other victim by the field (as no.4) was done by Jung Ho young, I'm questioning his flashbacks to the crime scene, he must have witnessed sunjae's mother being murdered, Dr Mok was grooming him as follower or something?
