Yeah. I read his interview (the timing tho), where he says that he wasn't wanted anymore. Why does Madrid have a tradition of sending off players so poorly? :/  Team needs serious reforms and someone who will be able to bench Ramos and take control of dressing room. It will be horrible If someone mid-table team coach comes who will be incapable of doing it. Well, It will be good for us

Yeah.  I would be immensely surprised if he doesn't go at this point.  Perez not going on a shopping spree next transfer window would be infuriating.  Would mean Perez is just fine with the club not contending for anything, which would be fine if they were at least putting in good performances, but that's not even happening.  Even when watching the match with Plzen was painful.

 

Well, at least I have my other club to hope for. lol  Because Madrid ain't gonna be it this season.

yeah our problems with attack and defence were already there last season but because we won the CL and having Ronaldo masked our problems. I honestly didn't raise the alarms when Ronaldo left but when we didn't replace him well ... i started anticipating the worst. ever since 16/17 season ended the team has lost a lot of players that were not replaced and were never gonna get replaced the biggest loss were Ronaldo, James and Morata in the attack and Pepe in the defence.

 

A lot of people blamed Ronaldo for us not scoring enough goals in the 17/18 season but he did score couple of more goals in that season than in our amazing 16/17 season while playing less games but there was no way Ronaldo was going to make up for James and Morata leaving.

 

In the whole 16/17 season (la liga, CdR, CL, fifa etc.) we scored 169 goals 42 of them scored by Ronaldo (46 games)and  in the whole 17/18 season we scored 144 goals 44 of them scored by Ronaldo (in 44 games). we definetly felt consciences of selling Morata and James who contributed 33 goals in the 16/17 season and not replacing them in the 17/18 season and we are still dealing with that in this season. So i dont know how Perez saw all this and thought  selling Ronaldo who produced 40+ goals per season and not replacing him will go down well. Zizou saw all this and decided to jump ship at the right time to save his legacy and i cant blame him.

 

any way yes our current form has been years in the making by the hands of Florentino Perez 

 

Sorry for ranting kinda anxious for todays game and had to get this off my chest

I don't blame you.  It is tough to watch all go down as a fan.  I wanna have faith in the players that are still there, but this shit is hard. lol 

 

And it sucks when we have to be anxious over matches that shouldn't be anxiety filled.  I hope they're composed enough for this game.  A win would help things, but...I dunna.  Surely ending our goalless drought should mean something, right? Don't mind me and my hopeless optimism.

I'm honestly fine with Ronaldo leaving Real (feel like one of the few).  Why there wasn't an effort to get someone to replace him is what I really don't understand, but *shrugs*.  Unless we really wanna say Mariano is it..  And to lose Zinidine sucks as well.  But the team has definitely had troubles even with Ronaldo.  The loss of him is just making it all the more apparent.

Still single.  But I'm alright.

Not long ago we held recruitment seeking new additions to the team.  Well, after looking through all the great applications, we finally have our new trainees!

No stranger to the awards process, haechans has hosted, co-hosted her fair share of voting threads.  She has also shown that she is able to handle the demand of intense fandoms during the Awards Change Season and bless!  She often gives a helping hand in the ‘Badge Making Thread’ proving mocks for users. She is eager to help and we are most definitely excited to see her become a part of the team!

 

Also an Awards Change Season veteran, E S H E has helped manage the EXO voting thread for THREE years, and Perfume for two, showcasing her organization, leadership skills, as well as dependability!  Her longstanding involvement with past awards voting threads will make her a great asset to the team, especially come Awards Season. We are sure she can handle any obstacle that comes her way!

 

A h n has also had her hand with awards (from OPing to badge making) and is eager to help!  Her team spirit and maturity in stress-inducing situations (looking at you OHgwarts) makes her all the more appealing an awards team member.  Strong under difficult situations, we also believe she will handle the demand of the position very well! We’ll be excited to see how she works with us!

Today we bid a farewell to some of Awards Team members.

 

These special ladies were the best and helped make the team what it was.  But unfortunately, their time as an Awards Team members has come to an end.

 

To our iconic cat dog ship!  katt and Katoe, you guys have been amazing.  Helping this old lady get into discord.  I now emoji like a hip young person. :D

You guys made our team anniversary event such fun.  They teased all the time, but it always came from a place of love.

 

To Delphine I'm not sure what I can say.  You are our favorite girl group stan and loved it when we had our vocal chats.  We stan a beautiful French voice! You'd sacrifice sleep just so you could make it to our chats and that was some high level dedication.  But, those times were fiyah, so I don't blame you.  

I hope you get a regular sleep cycle now!  No excuses!!

 

It has been a blast awarding with you guys and I wish you all the best of luck in future endeavors.
