If you want. Some might not really care about getting money back, but some do. If you do, feel free to sell back nonglitched items to the marketplace. For glitching ones, PM me. You don't have to. We have them noted and they were worth a won. lol

PM about removing glitched items, please. Noted The items would have to be re-requested to be added to the system. With the exception of a few items, everything will be removed and new categories made. Noted on the CAF I will refund glitching items. If the item isn't glitching they can be sold back to the marketplace like normal.

All changes we'll note when everything is completed and announcement made. But don't expect major changes to the requesting system. In terms of large amount of stock, I'm not sure what you mean. Naturally some spaces will open up, since items will be removed. But are you asking about the overall amount of space the system can take on being a larger amount? I believe so. Did you follow the instructions in the spoiler? As I noted, you can either have them refunded, or I can note the items for when the marketplace goes back up, because those particular items will be available when it returns. ^^ Those that were put off will be the first batches of the new system. If a request was put forth, but never added, then it will go forth as the first set of items for the marketplace. Mess. lol You'll have to contact Events, because that is out of my hands. I don't touch that account. lol

Bella stated that it was noted. ^^ I would contact the Events Team about that. Did they ban themselves? I think they've changed username several times, and we have their uniques under previous names held. Can they relay that info to me? Feel free to PM me if you prefer.

Sorry for any confusion, but items would be removed and would have to be requested to be added back into the system. The market will start completely new, with the exception of a few items like rings. For rings, just ask me. Even the delulupuff crest. If it's already in the system, I probably have it in a spreadsheet that I have where who has what ring. If not redeemed yet, I would wait before using that. When the system is up again, then go through the process of getting your ring. Like I stated to someone else about the plats, I believe the Events Team has a spreadsheet where they note people and how many tokens they have, so you can have that tracked there. But let me double check to be sure.

I have a spreadsheet of all the rings and hopefully can recreate them for you. The item form of it, yes, but you can always have the plats you have noted in a spreadsheet that the Events Team has, I believe. Hello OneHallyu Users, So, I know quite a few of you have noticed that the marketplace has been acting weird for quite some time now. Some items can be seen by users, but can’t be found when trying to access it in the marketplace. Well, the reason for this is not one we entirely understand, but has caused the marketplace to glitch and make some items disappear and be unusuable (can’t refund them, can’t give them to another user). Because of this situation, we’ve been trying to find a solution to this problem. As a result, we have to completely restart the system. This means that we will have to remove all the items currently there and restructure the categories in the system. Now, I know this news may be frustrating to some of you guys as users, but it is the only solution we have at the moment. So, please wait patiently for us to give the marketplace a new start. We will make an announcement when it is up and running again and what has all happened. We will not have a set day when everything will be good and ready, so do not come to the ask thread, inquiring whether or not we are done yet and when we are supposed to be done yet. The marketplace is massive, so naturally it will take time to get it all sorted. In the meantime, if you’d like to remove your glitched items in your inventory due to this, please message me and I’ll do that, as well as issue refunds. If you want your tokens to be noted, please check out the spoiler below. Purchasables can either be activated and turned into a badge, or kept an item. I will note who has those. I will be working on the marketplace with the Awards Team starting next Sunday, May 14th, so send a message my way before then. Otherwise, await a new marketplace!
